Hey there! I'm Manee On Elphin, nestled conveniently close to cafes, restaurants, the CBD, parks, and lively pubs. I'm here to welcome you warmly; my owners have really poured their hearts into making everything here feel just like home.
Step inside my cozy ground-floor 3-bedroom fully self-contained apartment with its own private entrance for that extra peace of mind. Once you're inside, you'll find a spacious living area with plenty of seating options and a kitchen that includes a dining room, perfect for accommodating families of 2, 4, or even 6—it's your choice!
The two main bedrooms come with 2x King Beds, built-in wardrobes, ideal whether you're here for work or a relaxing staycation. One of these bedrooms even boasts an ensuite with a modern bathroom featuring both a walk-in shower and a bath.
There's another bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower, plus a handy washing machine for your convenience. Every room here has its own TV, all ready for you to connect to the internet or your phone.
In my kitchen, you'll discover a toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge, cooktop, and oven—everything you need to assist with your cooking needs.
For comfort during those chilly Tassie winters, the main bedrooms are fitted with panel heating, while the kids' room and the living area feature a large split system that provides both heating and cooling. Both bathrooms are equipped with heaters too, ensuring you stay cozy no matter the weather outside.
Property overlooks beautiful garden which is a shared space between the 3BR apartment and cottage guests.
From top to bottom, my owners have designed every corner of this place with your comfort in mind. I'm confident you'll love your stay with us here at Manee On Elphin.

Great Location

Our team stayed here for 2 weeks whilst working in Launceston. Suck a great stay. The owner was very helpful and vonsidered all our needs and requirements. Will be back again next time we are working in Launceston.

Reasonable location. Generally a nice place. Too many tell off signs.Better off to keep rules in app for what is required. Signs outlined financial penalties and quite unwelcoming.Dryer did not work and internet problematic and localised. No chance of logging in to tv for apps.

Worst stay and experience ever.

I am very bad at providing reviews and especially writing a negative review is my worst nightmare coz to me it does not only affect the person who provided the services but also the person writing the reviews about it. I had planned a trip to Tasmania because my daughter was turning one and we wanted to make it most of the memories we possibly could. We started off with such an amazing time from Hobart which changed into a nightmare as soon as we entered Launceston. Trust me it’s nothing to do with the place itself but the house that I was planning to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. One of my worst experiences using this space, Manee's On Elphin. The picture of this house looked so perfect, the whole house was full of classic vibes, nice and cozy but damn it was like living in the prison. The reason behind this will be clearly pointed out below:1.My initial plan started with only three of us going so I booked the property as planned. Things changed as the day was coming closer so my whole family (parents and sister) planned to celebrate the birthday together. I had spoken to the manager of the property over the phone and had informed him that my whole family was arriving to the property for which he was really nice and very welcoming, but things changed as we reached the property. We reached the property between 10-11pm. As soon as we reached the property, I received a text from the manager asking why there were more people than what had been indicated so we explained an

Quiet and comfy

The property has clearly been loved by the owners. It was close to the city but just far enough to be calm and quiet. Signage made it easy to find. It was very clean with modern facilities sympathetic to the style of the interior. It had everything we wanted. I would stay here again. We only used the two large bedrooms and these were exactly what we wanted, down to the large beds, huge bath and large tvs.
