Cozy cocoon on the edge of Lake Annecy

A cozy cocoon with atypical decoration. This small nest for 2 people has all the comforts for a pleasant stay. Ideal for small budgets, it can also offer an extra room to the other three units of the property.

Housing
Just like the independent contemporary chalet of 45m2 and two apartments in the house: the Floor of 90m2, the Appart of 32m2 on the ground floor South side, this studio completes the proposal of singular housing of our residence.
We put all our know-how by selecting noble and quality materials. The decor is signed Michel Bouard with unique furniture and custom.
The Studio of 24m2 is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Quality bedding with a bed of 160x200. Bed linen provided.
Equipped kitchenette: fridge-freezer, gas hob, high quality kitchen utensils, coffee maker, kettle, microwave. Tea towels, sponges, household products provided.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink and a toilet. Towels are not provided. The studio is heated.
WIFI internet access, flat screen TV.
Access to the adjoining garden with private part and all the necessary to spend good moments outdoors.
The sidewalk access to the Studio also serves the apartment floor. A photo shows it to you.
A private parking space is reserved for you to park your car.

Ideally located in Chaparon, authentic Savoyard village at the end of Lake Annecy. The studio is on the ground floor at the back of the house.

Sehr kleine Ferienwohnung, sehr wenig Stauraum. Aber sehr ruhig und nett eingerichtet. Tolle Basis für Bade- und Wanderunternehmungen. Nur nach Annecy will man nicht unbedingt mit dem Auto fahren. Meist starker Verkehr Stau. Wir waren begeistert von der Umgebung.

Great location, beautiful garden. A short walk to the lake. We enjoyed a lovely but challenging walk in the mountains direct from Cozy Cocoon. Celine was really helpful and answered all our questions.

Cosy little hideaway

A lovely little studio in a very quiet area away from the crowds of Annecy. Céline the owner has packed everything you could need into this studio so although it is compact you do not have to go without anything. The outside garden is a real bonus. You can buy croissants and bread from the nearby campsites but be aware that you need to order them the day before. The local artisan bread shop only takes cash. It was a good 25 minute drive to Annecy itself but coming back to the studio after all the hustle and bustle of the town was lovely.

Un séjour merveilleux!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour au bord du lac d'Annecy. Tant la communication avant le départ que celle pendant nos vacances avec notre hôtesse Céline étaient excellentes. L'appartement était propre, très bien aménagé et confortable, juste ce qu'il fallait pour deux personnes. L'espace dans le jardin ne laissait rien à désirer non plus. Dans l'ensemble, nous pouvons donner une recommandation sans réserve. We really enjoyed our stay on the shores of Lake Annecy. Communication with our hostess, Céline, both before and during our holiday, was excellent. The flat was clean, very well appointed and comfortable, just right for two people. The space in the garden left nothing to be desired either. Overall, we can give an unreserved recommendation.

Hübsches Gartenappartement

Wir haben uns in dem kleinen Appartement mit Garten von Celine sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt und wenn die Gartennutzung, z. B. bei schlechtem Wetter, nicht möglich ist, könnte es in der Wohnung vielleicht etwas eng werden. Céline und Michel waren sehr freundlich. Die Gegend ist traumhaft schön.

Das Studio ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit sehr gutem Bett und Bad.Die Einrichtung ist neu und hochwertig, alles war sauber. Die Zusammenarbeit mit der Vermieterin war nett und zwanglos. Im Garten gibt es einen Grill und eine Sitzecke zur eigenen Verfügung.
