Lots of amenities

This house was great for our large family. The master suite was amazing. The other bedrooms are all full size beds, which I didn’t realize when booking. There is a tv in almost every room in the house! Downstairs is spacious and feels very luxe.

Stay 5/22/26-7/17/26-we CHECK IN to realize the photos are old & well staged. Yard is unkept all cushions are dirty bird poop filled. The WiFi isn’t working we have to fix it. the microwave door is slightly broken. The shower handle is nearly broken. The couch is not actually connected properly, The floors & stairs are dirty; in fact everything is slightly dirty as if it hasn’t been touched in a while. Everything was documented and communicated with the host. The front gate was rusted and forced open on DAY TWO due to strong wind storms. Something common in vegas especially when your house is on the corner of a block and there are no buildings or walls blocking all that wind. The owner then blamed us and by day 4 ignored every message attempt I made after I questioned if or when it would be fixed. There was absolutely no professionalism from the jump. 2 weeks later the neighbors get the police called on them. The driveway filled & house suddenly surrounded by police. We tell the host & he fixes the gate but it’s the same rusted gate that is forced in again a couple days later the same way it was initially. We then had a toilet clog. The host ignored me so I contacted vrbo who contacted him to get us a plumber. The plumber fixed the shower handle as well. The host then accused us of breaking the shower handle which we told him when we checked in it wasn’t working properly. This house has potential but is managed so poorly it will only bring you a headache. Never book!

Too much to write. I had to wash every dish, including pots and pans upon checking in, I personally ran every dish through the dishwasher to clean and disinfect. Multiple lightbulbswere burntout. Cover missingon electrical outlets. . The Hot tub was DISGUSTING!! I have many pictures! I have sent my pictures to VRBO

Our first VRBO

Convenient location. House was clean but dated. Steve was very responsive to any questions or issues we had. Sort of a noisy neighborhood with loud cars driving down the street, especially at night. Outside area could have been cleaned up better. Overall an OK first VRBO experience.

Great place to stay only a 10 min drive from the strip.

This place was great. I wish there was better pictures that would explain it in better terms. The internet was amazing and fast enough to handle 3+ people working all at one time for the entire month. TVs in every room. The hot tub took some time to heat up but worked perfectly. Didn't get to use the pool because it was to cold outside but looked great.

Nice property butt!!!!

Property was nice but poorly maintained, the hot tub didn't work during my month stay, the pool hadn't been cleaned in some time. The filters were clogged and so disgusting I purchased new ones 4 of them at 120 each. I was offered a free night for that. I personally would not stay here again, I paid for a home with a pool and a hot tub, and didn't get either...

Okay stay but some to be desired

Our stay at the home for 2 months was okay. The hot tub was not working at first and took a few days to be fixed. The grill is very powerful and great for lunch or dinner. The outside area was also nice but a bit dirty and unkept when we arrived. The inside of the house was very clean although again a bit unkept as many lightbulbs were out and a few other things out of sorts. However, the landlord was friendly and able to resolve many of the issues. The neighborhood isn't amazing although it is very close to the local casino if that is your thing.

Great house, nice neighborhood.

Loved our stay and the location of this home. We stayed from January to April and had very few, if any issues. Nice homey spaces. Lovely outdoor seating. Wished the pool would have been warm enough to swim, but never got heated. Would definitely rent this property again. Still waiting for our security deposit, but other than that, loved it.

Wonderful Home Away from Home

We were traveling for business and had the pleasure of staying here for more than a month. The Property Manager is very helpful. The house has a lovely kitchen and eating area. The beds are comfy and the house has plenty of linens. When you have a longer stay it’s been amazing to have access to a washer and dryer. The hot tub and fire pit are fun additions. The pool has solar heat but truly don’t plan to swim after September as it isn’t warm enough. It is still beautiful to sit outside and enjoy the surroundings. I would recommend the property.

We loved our stay at this VRBO. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and a great locaton.

Great location and beautiful home

What a beautiful home. Close to strip and lots of shopping. All you bring is food and your self. Only con is there is no outdoor lighting. Pool lighted helped for night swimming but fire pit was not accessible for igniting and you couldn’t be outside after dark unless you bring your out lighting. Other then that every thing was perfect. Property mgr was very helpful and provided assistance right away when we had questions

My stay on 8/18/18 to 8/20/18

My stay was wonderful. I would always stay at the house. it was very clean and very nice and comfortable. We had a great time in the pool which was very clean. I will tell all my friends and family about the house. The contact person was very helpful when I needed to call. This is one of the best places I've stayed. Why stay at a hotel when you can feel like you are at home. Get a group of people together and have fun. This was a girl trip for my birthday and it was great. Thank you
