* No Parties or Events – This is not a party house. Any kind of event is strictly prohibited, as we want to maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.

* Guest Limit – A maximum of 10 guests is allowed at the property at any time, both indoors and outdoors.

* Smoking Policy – Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Please enjoy the beautiful backyard for smoking. If any odors or signs of smoking are found inside, a $500 fee will be charged for deep cleaning and ozone treatment.

* Guest Count – The number of guests in the house must always match the number in your reservation.

* Security Cameras – For your safety and ours, security cameras are installed outside the property only.

* Check-In/Check-Out Flexibility – Need an early check-in or late check-out? Please reach out 24 hours in advance. Availability depends on prior reservations and may incur an additional fee. Unapproved late check-out will result in a $100 fee.

* Quiet Hours – Quiet hours start at 9 PM. Per the city’s rules for str, all backyard activities must end by that time to ensure a peaceful neighborhood.

Downstairs bathroom had no working lights One room took second day to o ow we needed extension cord to plug tv in and when finally got plugged in no remote to turn it on so u usable Last night we went to do our laundry and washer was throwing a F35 code and couldn’t clean our laundry before leaving messaged host and no response for washer We did get a quick response first day about issues we had noticed but then nothing when we said light issue wasn’t fixed

We didn't get the address of the building until after noon on our arrival day which made it difficult for us to co-ordinate our transport to it! Their argument was that when you book a hotel you don't get the room key until it's ready. Twoddle! You may not get the key but at least you know WHERE the hotel is in advance, so not impressed. The facilities were all as stated but the place is in need of renovation. Who ever took the photos should be given an Oscar!

Beware !!!! Ghosted by host, stranded day of check in . Phone number is Israel . VRBO couldn’t reach either . Host stated their email didn’t go thru yet I sent multiple to them the day of.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This home is not in any way ready to host guests, especially children. We came across a number of issues including the home being visibly dirty, no smoke alarm in the master bedroom, a broken shower in the guest bathroom, and VERY dirty air vents. When I reached out to the host regarding these issues and asking for a refund, I was completely ignored and ghosted (after the host was previously responding). It was a huge inconvenience to find another place to stay at the last minute (with children), and I am now having to fight to simply get our money refunded. It has been a very frustrating experience to say the least.
