The host was excellent! Any time we called she was there and answered our questions immediately. The house and property were very clean, well stocked, and very organized.Our whole family came for Thanksgiving and the house and property had something for everyone! The pool and hot tub were the big treats! We would LOVE to stay here again!

This listing met and exceeded our needs. It accommodated my spouse and I, my parents, and son. We were in town for a HS basketball tournament- Border League, and rented this home. There was plenty of room for my oldest son and his teammates to stay, but they needed that team bonding away from parents. The amenities were great for relaxing after games. The team came over for team dinner each night. The home has a heated pool, putting green, and basketball court. The Dudleys were very helpful and communicative. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It’s in a great location and only 15mins from the strip and Freemont St.

We booked this property to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with our immediate family, 9 in total. Everyone loved it! The entire backyard is a peaceful oasis. The slide needs repair but the rest of the amenities in the yard were perfect! The inside of the house was clean, beds very comfortable and host very responsive to anything needed. We would highly recommend this property.

This house was perfect for our trip. We traveled to Vegas for a basketball tournament. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, pots and pans, cookie sheets, plenty of plates, bowls, cups and silverware to accommodate our party of 12. Plenty of bath towels, pool towels, blankets and pillows. We noticed one of our toilets had begun to leak when we were leaving for our game and we reached out to host and the toilet was repaired/replaced before our game was even over. Host is very responsive and helpful. Definitely on our list to stay here when we visit Vegas.

Great house away from the strip

This house was our safe haven after The crazy days out on the strip. Easy to get to, close to many shopping centers, equipped with everything you need. We definitely over packed, the Dudley family thought of everything you could possibly need. Would not stay anywhere but here for our next trip to vegas

This property was perfect for our group! We found communication prompt and check in really smooth. The house was clean and the beds were really comfortable. The location was ideal for us as we wanted to split our time between the strip and Red Rock Canyon area. 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic Place!

I looked at a lot of places to book for our family Memorial weekend and I’m so glad I chose this one. The backyard was perfect for our adult kids. Swimming, basketball & golf all in one spot with the comforts of home. The owners were more than accommodating and so kind. The house feels spacious with 4 bedrooms and two family rooms. I definitely recommend!!

Peaceful retreat

We really enjoyed the house. It's very spacious and offers so many amenities. The four bedrooms upstairs are all good sized. There is a second living room upstairs as well which is nice if you have a group with different ages (kids can be upstairs watching a movie while the adults are downstairs, etc). The backyard is amazing, it's like a private retreat with the pool and hot tub, great lounging areas, a small basketball court and even a putting green. I rented the house for me and a coworker as an alternative to a nearby resort where we were attending a conference. It was so nice to come back to each day to relax on the patio or by the pool. Nickee did a fantastic job communicating with me throughout the process. She is a pleasure to work with. I can't recommend this home enough

Perfect place to relax between games

We came in for the soccer mayors cup. Boys loved the basketball court, bags and hot tub! We cooked and grilled all three days. The host was great.

Highly Recommended!

Definitely think of Nickee the next time anyone has a big group come in to Vegas. They were considerate, accommodating, and the overall price was unbeatable compared to hotel prices. The location is also wonderful and is not only next to local casinos, but also Tivoli Village.
