This is a beautifully furnished 2br 2ba condominium located in the Viera building, with a balcony overlooking the two heated swimming pools and hot spa. Address: 30 Strada di Villaggio #238, Henderson, NV 89011. This easy-access condo offers a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in the 2nd bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The shaded large patio with table and chairs will allow you to relax and take in the views of pool, palm trees and prestigious LLV community. The full size kitchen has a full stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, plates, glasses silverware and toaster. Bathroom basics such as hand and body towels, soap and shampoo are also included. Free wireless high speed internet, Roku TV (complimentary Netflix, Amazon Prime and PLEX movies!) and Dish satellite TV are included. Flat screen TVs are included in living room and both bedrooms. Facility also offers a fully stocked fitness room, coin laundromat, free parking, large swimming pools and hot tub that are heated year-round. We are also right next door to the LLV Hilton, steps away from shops and restaurants as well as the LLV Marina, where you can rent kayaks, paddle boards and much more. The grocery store next door also offers the opportunity to fully stock up on food and save $$! 35 miles of bike trails are connected to LLV and nearby trailhead parks. We are 15 minutes from Lake Mead National Park, 20 minutes from McCarran International Airport, 25 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip. (City registration number: STR19-00004)

Wonderful relaxing stay

This was an outstanding property and an amazing spot. It’s super quiet, a fabulous apartment with everything including a shower seat. Pools are lovely and accessible. And it’s only 30 mins to the strip. Also very close to lake mead and hoover dam. We had a brilliant trip.

Wonderful and Serene!

This was a great experience overall. The location couldn't be beat! Close enough to the strip, Hoover Dam, and Red Rock Canyon, yet feels like a lux property with all the amenities you could possibly need. You can't beat the the two bedrooms and two bathrooms at this price with a hotel. The hosts were amazing! We were able to check in late at night with no problems and they provided lots of information about Lake Las Vegas restaurants and stores. The pool and hot tub were warm enough for us to swim in the cool temps of early spring.Super cute nail salon and boutiques! We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit.

Excellent rental! Great location!!

We had an amazing stay in Henderson. The rental was clean, up to date and beautiful. Great location and easy to get to the Vegas strip or do a little sightseeing. The owner was top notch with communication. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Stay!

This is the second time we have rented one of Cris and Mariana's properties at Lake Las Vegas. Both times have been wonderful. This condo worked great for us while we were waiting to move into our new house. The condo is very clean and tastefully decorated. Things are in good shape and kept up. The balcony overlooks the pool area which was very nice. I love the communication that Cris and Mariana provide. The check in process was clear and any question I had, they had already answered with their comprehensive instructions. Thank you! We live in Henderson and love staying out at Lake Las Vegas to unwind and have fun. This condo is directly linked to the village so you are within walking distance of restaurants, the village grocery and water sports. You cannot go wrong with this condo!

Nice family place to stay to explore the Vegas area

We are a family of 5 with 3 teenagers traveling through Vegas over the holidays. We really enjoyed our stay at Lake Las Vegas which is away from the strip and close to Lake Mead Recreation area. The property was as listed, clean and well maintained. The two bedrooms worked well for our family and we found the pull out couch to be comfortable. The heated swimming pool and hot tub was a nice surprise which we used nightly. The Lake Las Vegas village, which is outside the door, is a little sleepy with many vacant retail spots but had a small grocery which was convenient and a few restaurants which seemed to cater to an older crowd. Overall, we would recommend for a family that is interested in exploring the broader Vegas area. We visited Hoover Dam, Eldorado gold mine, Hiked Valley of Fire, and Red Rocks Canyon as well as took the kids for a stroll through the Strip with a show. Other than using the pool/hot tub at night, we did not spend any time on the local lake activities due to the time of year.

Great condo with a view!

Really enjoyed the condo and the resort. Used the pool and deck every day. Nice view of pool area and mountain from the patio. Had everything we needed for 3 people. Good location for us as we wanted to be away from the Strip. We used the on-site store and a couple of restaurants. Sad to see some of the shops vacant. Owners communicated well with us and ensured we had everything we required.

Fabulous Vacation

Look no further if you want a fabulous place to stay. Easy to visit family, Hoover Dam and the Strip. Loved walking to the Village too for dinner. Spent mornings on the balcony enjoying the great view. Thank you, Mariana and Cris!

The condo was exactly as described and a quiet place outside of Vegas to relax after a long day at the ballpark. The complex and grounds were well maintained. Using the amenities were nice as never crowded. The grocery store and restaurants onsite were reasonable. Our family will definitely rent again if in the area.

Nice condo in a fun area--great base for Las Vegas strip, Hover Dam, and Mead recreation area. We enjoyed several of the Restaurants in the little village area and rented a small boat to explore the lake. The Condo was very clean and the balcony had a relaxing view of the pool and village area.

Spacious condo. Great location.

Condo was clean (a real plus) and conveniently located near the market, the restaurants and activities. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the community, and the water sport activities. Our condo overlooked the pool, but it was closed for service. We were given a pass to the Luna Pool on the other side of the lake. It was a long walk, but worked out okay. We would return to this condo in the future.
