THE SPACE
This is a penthouse studio on the 31st floor with updated furnishings, brand new carpet, and a LARGE BALCONY. Full kitchenette accommodating 4 people and a PUR water filter added onto sink faucet for convenience, so no need to buy water bottles. As pictured, there are pots and pans, utensils, glasses, a Keurig with coffee mugs, an electric kettle, a toaster oven, and much more. The kitchenette has an electric stove top, refrigerator, and microwave. There is a King size bed, and a Queen size pull-out sofa bed. The sofa bed has a memory foam mattress. There are 2 HDTVs, one placed above and in front of the King bed and another in front of the Queen sofa bed attached to a TV stand. There are multiple color changing LED lights to set an amazing and fun atmosphere. The large, dual-vanity bathroom has a walk-in shower and a jacuzzi tub. Large balcony (no furniture, due to rules and regulations set by Signature MGM) with sweeping views of the strip (please see our photos). There are strip facing views of Excalibur, Aria, Cosmopolitan, Elara, Park MGM and more from the balcony.

▪WIFI is free, and you just connect to MGMresortsWIFI ▪Upgraded 55-inch HD 4K TV with access to YoutubeTV, Netflix, Vudu, Amazon Prime, or any other apps that you can log into. Our YoutubeTV package includes 100+ channels, all the movie channels, and NFL Sunday ticket. With YoutubeTV you can record, pause, and rewind your favorite shows.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

▪I apologize, but I cannot always accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. You can leave your luggage if needed at the bell desk before or after your stay.
▪There are 2 beds, with a second bed being a queen pull-out sofa. Extra blankets and pillows will be available in the closet.
▪Our condo is a "true" short-term rental in the sense that there will be NO HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES THROUGH THE SIGNATURE HOTEL, ONLY MAINTENANCE.

There will be no daily cleaning. If the need arises you can ask for our cleaning crew to come in for a quick refresh. Our housekeeping is an independent company. Anything that is needed during your stay should be communicated through me and I will notify housekeeping and take care of it. I am always available!

The MGM Signature is a secure and gated Luxury Resort that is smoke and gambling free. Free valet is offered with your stay. If valet is full or you decide to park at MGM Grand self-parking there is a free shuttle service going back and forth to Signature Towers. If valet happens to be full, you can always park at MGM Grand self-parking and ask for the front desk to validate your ticket. Ask for more information about these services upon check-in. There are multiple pools and gyms. The Signature offers free WIFI (no password needed) and laundry facilities for guests staying more than 7 days (please contact me if interested). Pool access (MGM Grand and Signature) is free with complimentary towels. You'll also have access to the various spa packages at the MGM Grand.

The resort front desk will handle the check-in and check-out process as it is similar to a hotel. You will receive room keys from the front desk. Any extra amenities needed (towels, sheets, etc.) please let me know. Any unforeseen issues during your stay please don't hesitate to contact me as I will try my best to assist or accommodate you.
PLEASE NOTE: MAKE SURE TO ALWAYS SUPERVISE YOUR CHILDREN AS THERE ARE KNIVES IN THE KITCHEN WITHIN REACH OF SMALL CHILDREN. THERE IS AN ELECTRIC STOVE THAT REMAINS HOT EVEN AFTER BEING TURNED OFF, MAKE SURE TO NEVER TOUCH THE STOVE. ALSO THERE IS A BALCONY, MAKE SURE THAT NEITHER CHILDREN NOR ADULTS TRY TO CLIMB ON OR LEAN OVER THE RAILING.
