The Master suite boasts top of the line queen size beds. Revel in the expansive walk-in closet and indulge in the en-suite bathroom featuring a luxury shower and bathtub.

The "Jack & Jill" rooms offer versatility for kids and adults with two twin and two Queen Loft beds in one room and two queen-sized beds in the other, sharing a full bath/shower. Each room provides ample storage space within the walk-in closets.

The Next-Gen suite, an attached private entity, features its own kitchen and living space, a full bedroom, full bath/shower, and even your own washer and dryer! With a luxury king size bed and an additional futon couch accommodating up to 4 guests, this space provides convenience and privacy.

Another Bedroom offers a private retreat with a king-size bed, full bath/shower, mounted TV, and closet.

Bedroom 6 serves as both a bedroom and office and offers full privacy with its own desk and queen sized bed.

The state of the art kitchen features a 48" Gas stove and griddle, smart microwave and full Sized refrigerator. We provide all dishes, cookware, utensils to facilitate cooking and baking. The bar area invites relaxation with a mini fridge for drinks and liquor and ample seating for 6.

Unwind in the loft with family for board games, a movie theater, popcorn machine, kids activities table or head to the 800 sq ft game/entertainment room for poker, pool, arcade, hangout, and movies. This entertainment room also has a sofa sleeper bed.

Other things to note

The Strip and airport is easily accessible via a 10 minute Uber/Lyft/taxi ride . For convenience, Town Square (mins away) offers a plethora of stores, restaurants, movie theaters, and bars.

Please respect the tranquil nature of our neighborhood by refraining from organizing party buses, limos, or motorcycles to and from the property. The driveway can accommodate 2 cars max and there is additional street parking. Please do not invite any additional outside guests without prior permission.
