🎉 NO parties of any kind due to city ordinance.
🎆 NO fireworks of any kind. Absolutely NO fireworks are allowed.
🔊 NO disturbing noises of any kind, including use of microphones or speakers for singing, especially after 10:00 PM and before 8:00 AM.
🚫 NO DISTURBING THE NEIGHBORS! NO EXCEPTIONS! If any neighbor or authority contacts us during your stay to report a violation, you will be reported to the channel you booked through and required to leave immediately without refund.
🧑🤝🧑 Must follow guest count max rules according to the listing description. Please update your guest count for insurance purposes; additional fees may apply.
🐾 Pets are not allowed. Bringing an unauthorized pet will incur a fine of up to $1,000 plus damages.
When cancelling a reservation, processing fees will not be refunded.
