Come stay in this cozy Las Vegas home. Quiet neighborhood and walking distance to grocery store and many other shops and restaurants as well as a planet fitness. Bring your fire stick and relax in the comfortable living room. Please park in the drive way or curbside. Home is very close to strip as well not to far from the airport.

The house felt very safe and secure. It was super easy to check in and the host was responsive and very helpful. We are glad we stayed here.

No overhead lights in bedrooms, only small table lamp in each one; first sink in master bath has very inconsistent hot water; light in bedroom hallway continues blinking when turned off, kitchen faucet sprays water, one burner on stove doesn't work. Only one full size glass and one half size glass in kitchen--others are all drink glasses. Only toiletries in bathrooms is men's 3-in-1 soap, shampoo and conditioner.

Communication was great, proximity to strip and red rock canyon was great, and price was right. Though would have loved to have some patio furniture to enjoy the large back yard, and a kitchen that was stocked enough to actually cook a meal. Furthermore, the oven did not work, and after reporting it to owner on Thursday night, the repairmans only window was 8am on a Saturday morning, which we declined for obvious reasonrs. Beds were OK comfortwise, though squeaked loudly at the slightest movement.

This was my second time staying here so it must be good. I love this house because is very spacious and is in a great location. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and grocery stores nearby. Casinos are nearby and it doesn't cost a lot to catch a cab or an Uber to the Strip, Downtown, or the Airport.

Be prepared because nothing works. WiFi is broken, grill is broken, fridge works but the ice or water does not work on it.

The house was very nice, we didn’t have complaints. The shower is pretty amazing and so are the bean bags. The only issue we found was the door lock needs a new key, it was hard to unlock and lock. Other than that, it was a very nice stay.

Our stay from November 9–11, 2024, was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations, making this trip truly memorable for our group of seven adults. What We Loved: Spotless Cleanliness: The property was immaculate upon arrival, and the attention to detail was impressive. The cleaning fee was well worth it for the level of care provided. Seamless Check-in and Check-out: The process was smooth and stress-free, with clear instructions that made everything effortless. Perfect Location: The home was ideally situated for our plans, and it felt like the perfect retreat after a busy day. Comfortable and Well-Equipped: The amenities were excellent, and every space felt thoughtfully prepared. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. Value for Money: The pricing was very reasonable, and the overall experience was worth every penny. The comfort, cleanliness, and convenience far exceeded our expectations. Suggestions: Honestly, everything was spot on! If anything, a few extra kitchen items would have been helpful, but this didn’t detract from our wonderful stay.
