Comfortable home - 1 mile from the airport

This comfortable 4 bedroom & 4 bath home is located only 1 mile from the airport. There is plenty of street parking and a cute outdoor space for smoking and/or BBQ. This home is a very unique living. There are three parts to this property. It consist of a separate studio on the left, main house, and an additional separate studio to the right. When you rent this property you will have access to the entire main house. There are current tenants on both left and right side.

This home is absolutely great close to everything, also lots of space. Plenty of parking great for big groups

Super grateful to have been able to stay at this location. Was super convenient to strip and not too far from Motor speedway. Neighborhood was nice and neighbors as well, quiet and plenty of space for my friends and I. Like any stay had its minor hiccups but overall would love to come back again soon :)

Althought the pictures looks nice, there was mold in the shower, faucet was leaking and oulets were broken. We decided to cancel our reservation when our first guest arrived and assesed the state of the house which is unacceptable by our standards. We had VRBO confirmed an amount to be refunded which was different from the amount that was confirmed by the owner (lower)

The house was as showed on listing. There were small things like 1 coffee cup but we went to Walmart and got 4 more. Nothing big wrong with the house. We enjoyed our stay, very quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking. I recommend having a car as most things are a drive.Thank you

The house was close to the strip and airport so the location was great. The floor plan was good but not sound proof with the people living on both sides of the main house. House needs a good deep cleaning and more kitchen supplies. We had to buy paper cups, coffee cups, napkins and paper towels. The very tiny yard was dirty with leaves and spider webs and the grill definitely needs a good cleaning or replacement.

The place wasn’t clean as supposed to,kitchen sink was clogged we have to covered because the smell, Showers as well clogged every time when we shower water almost cover your foot, they were going to send a plumber but he never showed up. Not a god experience. Hope they can fix everything.

The property is ideally situated just a short drive from the Las Vegas Strip, allowing us to access all the major attractions easily. The home had comfortable, spacious living areas that were perfect for relaxing. Our host was responsive and accommodating. This VRBO exceeded our expectations in every way. Whether you’re visiting Las Vegas for the casinos, shows, or simply a relaxing vacation, this property is an excellent choice. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning on our next trip!

The photos were accurate, the kitchen needs more pots and pans. We purchased food and could only make one thing at a time because there was only one pot. The outside patio was very small. The issues we had were handled very quickly.

We did not stay once we arrived and saw the property was not as clean nor in a safe neighborhood. We planned our visit with friends for our wedding and a music show and had to book at hotels last minute. Hoping VRBO support will protect us and others from the misleading advertisement of this place and remove it or be honest about the location… so disappointed in this booking

Overall impression - not impressed. When we arrived, there were several things left dirty including bedding, dishes, and patio. We had to request cleaners to come in. Doors were hard to open, sink clogged, and shower leaked. However, the beds were very comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet, and it provided for our basic needs during the stay. Owner kept in great contact with us and helped us out.

Hair left behind after cleaning, furnace sounds like a jet taking off and hard to regulate temp though out house. We are probably being to picky, but overall a good little property to get away from the everyday stress.

Just completed our weekend stay. The neighborhood around the home was a bit run down, but the proximity to the strip could not be beat. (We did not have any safety concerns while we we were there.) 10 minute Uber rides to the heart of the strip. The property was clean with plenty of sleeping space for all seven of us. Check in and getting in and out was easy. Julie was a great hostess and was very responsive to any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again.

House is close to the strip. Communication with owner was fast. Unfortunately the house was a little dirty when we got there. Door to one of the rooms didnt close well. Just minor fixes that the house has and hopefully can be fixed 😊

Julie made it real simple to check in, the stay was nice, had loads of space. The A/C was great specially because it was over 110 in Vegas when we were visiting. I highly recommended this place. No complaints.
