Fue una experiencia muy bonita la persona que nos atendió que nos recibió fue muy amable estuvo ahí siempre para cualquier cosa que necesitamos la propiedad está muy bonita bien ubicada la pasamos Super bien mi familia y yo y yo recomendaría este Apartamento 10/10

The Residencial is beautiful and the location is amazing and easy to find. The apartment is beautiful and very well maintained. Beautiful view from the apartment and the views of the ocean. I wish we could have stayed there longer.Next time.

The apartment was nicely decorated and smelled great when we arrived. The location felt safe and was very convenient. We really enjoyed the swimming pool and private Jacuzzi, even though the water was slightly cold. The spacious patio with beautiful views was definitely the highlight of the stay.There is no elevator, but the ramp made access to the parking area easy. Power outages are common in the area, but the backup generator switched on within 2–3 seconds, which made everything feel seamless. The host was very responsive and promptly arranged delivery of missing essentials like hand soap and shower gel the next day.One thing to note is that hot water was available for only a couple of minutes at a time, likely due to the electric heater. There was also no microwave, and some utensils showed wear, but overall the apartment was comfortable and well maintained.

Hola, El lugar tiene un potencial increíble y está ubicado en una zona muy agradable. Sin embargo, nuestra experiencia fue muy negativa debido a las condiciones del alojamiento. Al llegar, encontramos la propiedad en un estado de limpieza deficiente, como si llevara semanas sin recibir mantenimiento. Había una gran cantidad de cucarachas; incluso una llegó a caerme en la cara, lo que nos hizo sentir muy incómodos y prácticamente no pudimos dormir el resto de la estancia. Además, no había papel higiénico en los baños, ni toallas limpias disponibles, por lo que tuvimos que utilizar unas que encontramos en la lavadora. En algunos baños tampoco había jabón, por lo que tuvimos que comprarlo por nuestra cuenta. Las duchas estaban dañadas y en condiciones deplorables. El jacuzzi estaba sucio y sin agua, y en la terraza había muebles rotos. Otro inconveniente importante fue el suministro eléctrico, que se interrumpía aproximadamente cada 20 minutos, haciendo muy difícil descansar durante la noche. Es una propiedad con mucho potencial, pero actualmente no cumple con condiciones básicas de higiene, mantenimiento y comodidad para los huéspedes. Esperamos que se tomen medidas para mejorar estas condiciones y brindar una mejor experiencia a futuros visitantes.

From the moment we arrived, this hotel exceeded every expectation. Nestled between lush tropical landscapes and the sparkling turquoise waters of the bay, it truly felt like a hidden gem in the Dominican Republic. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and refreshing welcome drinks, setting the tone for an unforgettable stay. Our room was spacious, spotless, and tastefully decorated with local touches that gave it an authentic Caribbean feel. The balcony offered breathtaking views of the ocean and surrounding palm trees—perfect for watching sunrises with a fresh cup of Dominican coffee. The food was another highlight. Each meal was a delicious blend of local flavors and international cuisine, and the beachfront restaurant provided a magical dining experience every evening. Whether we were enjoying fresh seafood or tropical fruit, everything was prepared with care and creativity. The hotel also arranged several excursions, including a boat tour to Cayo Levantado and a hike to El Limón Waterfall—both were absolutely worth it. The concierge was helpful, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about sharing the beauty of Samaná with visitors. What truly made the stay exceptional was the staff’s dedication to service. Everyone—from housekeeping to the front desk—went out of their way to make us feel welcome and cared for. If you’re looking for a peaceful, luxurious, and culturally rich escape in the Dominican Republic, this hotel in Samaná is the perfect choice. We can’t wait to
