The space
Room #1. First floor. It has a queen size bed, closet and private bathroom, has opaque blinds.

Room #2. Second floor. Master bedroom, with private full bathroom, and a walking closet equipped with safe, ironing board, etc.

Bedroom #3. Second floor. Secondary bedroom, has a private full bathroom, and a walking closet.

There are multiple half bathrooms through out the house.

There is a bonus room on the 3rd floor with a sofa bed, TV and desk area that serves as a flexible space depending on your needs. Sofa bed can accommodate 2 more guests.
Guest access
Access to all bedrooms, bonus room, kitchen, balcony, and outside 3rd floor area with seating area in addition to private pool.

Each room has air conditioning, ceiling fan, dehumidifier, and internet signal repeater.
Other things to note
There is currently on going construction, but they are not there on the weekends.

Also the doors and windows are pretty sound proof that you can’t really hear it when they are closed.

We include 30 KWT of electricity per day, in case of exceeding this consumption, the extra will be charged at your departure according to the difference between the input and output meter. The cost per KWT is 15 DOP.
