The flat can accommodate up to 2 people, making it the ideal place for a couple to recharge their batteries.

In a quiet, leafy setting overlooking the sea and the island of Groix, this furnished 2-bedroom apartment (45m2) sleeps two.
Located on the 2nd floor of a small, very quiet condominium.
- Living room with sea view, sofa, coffee table
- Fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.)
- Sea-view bedroom with double bed (140cm) and storage space
- Shower room with large shower, heated towel rail and wall-hung WC
- Double balcony (sunrise and sunset) with garden furniture

Small pets allowed.
Beaches just below the flat.
Private parking space. Wi-Fi available.

Vue superbe conforme à celle attendue.Logement confortable et bien équipé.Situation idéale.Un regret : l'absence de table à l'intérieur pour déjeuner et dîner quand le temps n'est pas de la partie.
