    Relax and let yourself be seduced by the soothing atmosphere of this idyllic place, ideally located near the dunes, just a few minutes' walk from the most beautiful white sandy beaches.



    With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this charming holiday home can accommodate up to 6 people for moments of relaxation with family or friends.



    Located in the immediate vicinity of beaches with crystal-clear waters, this cosy nest offers an enchanting setting to fully enjoy your holiday. This tastefully decorated gem is exceptional: by its charm, decoration, location, and the calm that surrounds it (You will only hear the seagulls!).



    The commune of Landéda is full of activities and tourist sites to discover.



    You will discover the Abers and its lighthouses, the picturesque surrounding villages, walks along the GR 34 and breathtaking landscapes!



    You will also discover nearby the port of Aber Wrac'h, which is full of activities: shops, restaurants that will offer you the best local specialities!



    Water sports are also in the spotlight in Landéda. Surf, paddle, kayak or sailing enthusiasts can enjoy the ocean as they wish.

    The white sandy beaches offer an ideal setting to relax, swim or simply sunbathe.



    Upon entering this house, you will be seduced by its careful decoration and spacious, comfortable interior.



    The large, bright living area leads to a fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room and living room.



    In the dining room, you can enjoy meals with family and friends around a large table.



    The very welcoming living area allows you to comfortably settle in for a moment of relaxation in front of the television. You will stay connected thanks to the included WIFI.



    The modern kitchen is fully equipped and open to the living room, you will appreciate its direct access to the terrace.



    Near the kitchen, you will find a utility room equipped with a washing machine and dryer, and ironing facilities will be made available to you.

    The night area is divided into 2 parts:

    - On the ground floor, you will have 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom intended for children with bunk beds, then the 2nd bedroom with its double bed.

    Also on the ground floor, you will find a separate WC and a bathroom with shower and washbasin.

    - Upstairs, you will find a 3rd bedroom with a large double bed and a private bathroom. You will be seduced by its sea view!





    Household linen (bed sheets, towels, bath mats and kitchen towels) is PROVIDED AND INCLUDED in the cleaning fee. One large bath towel is provided per person per stay. As our accommodations are equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer, you also have the option of washing your towels during your stay. For added comfort, additional towels can be provided upon request at a rate of €8 per towel. Please let us know before your arrival so that we can prepare the additional towels for you. 😊

    The beds will be made upon your arrival.



    You will enjoy long sunny days on the well-exposed wooden terrace without overlooking neighbours, which will allow you to enjoy the afternoon sun and savour delicious barbecues with family or friends.

Què li ha agradat: Ubicació
Tolle Lage, nur ein paar Minuten vom Meer entfernt. Die Gegend ist traumhaft schön. In der Bewertung geht es jedoch um das Haus und da gibt es einiges zu bemängeln weshalb das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht stimmt. Die Küche ist spärlich eingerichtet. Es ist zwar alles da, aber die Pfanne ist verrostet, der Kochtopf pfeift und die ganze Ausstattung war ein einziges buntes Durcheinander. Die Sauberkeit war leider nur auf dem ersten Blick in Ordnung. Auch um Aussenbereich hätten wir uns etwas mehr Qualität gewünscht. Der Tisch war schief und verzogen, so dass es schwierig war ein Glas abzustellen und auch die Bänke waren unbequem und luden nicht zu einem romantischen Dinner ein. Auch die beiden Stühle waren nix für ein paar Stunden Entspannung. Ansonsten ist die Größe des Hauses ausreichend, die Betten ok, das Badezimmer unten mit etwa 2qm aber viel zu klein. Für den Reisepreis haben wir einfach mehr erwartet.
