"Entering the property was very off putting. I regretted the booking as the stairwell was dirty musty and stunk of marijuana. The apartment itself was very clean and bed was comfortable. I have to say it was overall one of the worst stays of any apartment ive booked . Extremely noisy from neighbours in unit 4 and from party goers loudly hanging out at the NCP car park. "My family and I had a very enjoyable stay at Tern Cottage. It was very comfortable and had everything you would need for a longer stay (washing machine was particularly useful). We also had mid stay housekeeping which we were very impressed with. The location of the Cottage is extremely close to all the shops, seafront, park and train station.
