Step into this bright, light and spacious, Hampton’s style home.

This newly renovated two-storey home will have you feeling instantly relaxed. Located in a quiet street in Lancelin, only minutes away from the Back beach, Lancelin Bay, the skatepark, bakery, shops and eateries – it’s the perfect spot for you and your family to unwind.

Upstairs you’ll find the heart of the home, including a fully equipped kitchen decked out with a coffee machine, dish washer and everything you could need to enjoy your stay. Be welcomed by open-space living, where you can cook dinner, prepare the table and keep an eye on the kids all at the same time.

The upstairs living area is complemented by not only one, but two spacious balconies. Take your pick and enjoy your morning cuppa while watching the sunrise or sip on an evening beverage while watching the kids run amok in the enclosed backyard.

That’s not all, Hamptons is known for its modern fittings and furnishings including Smart TVs in the living area with Netflix, perfect for family movie night.  Or, if you’re needing a break from screen time, entertain yourselves with the home’s wide assortment of board games, outdoor cricket or bocce balls.

When it comes to the outside of the home, Hamptons features a large, expansive driveway which can accommodate up to 6 vehicles and a boat. The secured backyard is ideal for a game of cricket and for those cooler evenings, you can relax around the outdoor firepit and enjoy toasted marshmallows (when fires permitted)*

Fabulous for family getaway

Beautiful big house with full relaxing feel, had everything we needed. Short walk to beach and park for the little one. Also the bakery was yummo too. We loved our little family catch up and getaway and hope to be back sooner than later.

Great house and location!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is large with a great big balcony that we enjoyed sitting out on. The house is in a great spot, we were able to walk to town and to the pub and to the beach.

Excellent getaway for a fun weekend

Lovely place to stay, well accommodated, good location. Well styled. Small note please provide more bin bags, we were only left with 1 and also no dishwashing tablets (we had to purchase both). Dishwasher could do with a service.
