It is a great place to stay; I assume the neighborhood will be more exciting when there are events at the Cape Town Convention Center. But there is nothing you can not manage using Uber or Cabs.
My room was very comfortable, and the services rendered were well received.

This is definitely a good place to stay, our room was on the beach side of the property and has really a quirky type of architecture, which gives it charm. Magnificent view of the sea and walk to the beach. The property is right on the beach. But the bed in room 8 was far too short. Lying on the bed my feet were 30cm over the end of the bed. It was even too short for my wife. Lounge and breakfast area are great with view over the wild sea
