"Lovely spa, clean as a whistle, comfy beds, great continental breaky and staff were so accomodating!"

"The staff was extremely helpful!"

"Always an easy stay."

"Room was clean and well enough equipped for the price. VERY creaky floors though. Parking is street parking. Off peak that wasn’t an issue within a short walk. Some road noise but nothing that stopped me sleeping. Bed was comfy."

"Was perfect for 6 of us on a boys weekend"

"I have stayed here a few times, but this time the a/c was making a loud clicking/knocking noise all through the night meaninf i had to turn it off to even attempt to sleep, which was hard due to noise coming from outside and the heat making sleep basically impossible, AND i also had a roach run by when i was eating dinner on the desk, which was kind of disgusting, nothing on the staff as they were lovely and sometimes things just happen but this was easily my worst stay here by far."

"Room was pretty good, best we've stayed in for a pub room. Just more milk wouldve been nicer instead of very little little tub be prepared to buy milk . Had only two water bottles in bar fridge but it's pretty good for one night stay, staff were friendly. We didn't have food this time there but next time we will was cheap menu daily specials etc."

"AAA+++"

One was the power point being installed upside down close to the bench top which made it impossible to insert my multi outlet phone charger. My phone had to sit in the bathroom which was the only other power point. Also after loading clothes and detergent into a washing machine, reception told me they could not supply coins for the machine. This required crossing busy Parramatta rd and sweet talking the 7 eleven store into...

"My Wife & her twin sister left their passports in the safe at the hotel and only noticed at check-in at the airport( 10 hours later lol), the staff at the hotel headed up by David came to the rescue and very kindly returned their passports to them at the airport via an uber they could not have been any more helpful. The food, atmosphere and staff over the 12 day trip were fantastic can defo recommend KW & DW"

"Nice room but check-in was confusing. This is a restaurant/bar with a few hotel rooms - signage to check in goes to an eating area, nobody around until a bartender in the other room alerted someone. Otherwise it was a good stay!"

"nice hotel, good location"
