Our room was very clean and nice. The entire property has obviously been updated in the recent past. The desk clerks were very friendly and efficient.

When we got there, we cancelled the reservation. The pictures on Hotel.com are not the same as the Hotel in person. We saw the rooms. They smelled so bad. I informed the desk clerk and showed him the pictures on Hotel.com. He said a third party put those pictures online. I said to him that is not ...

The check in process was confusing. It is understandabke that the company needs to be protective of its location, but it's hard for the patrons to schedule events if they don't know where they will be lodging when they arrive in an unfamiliar place.
