"Staff was rude . Not helpful . Will not be returning"

"Overall outstanding!"

"Clean room, very comfy bed"

"This hotel is an oasis. The external neighborhood is your basic off-the-freeway strip mall area, which means it is a convenient location for places you might want to go. But once you are inside, you enter a peaceful, almost resort-style environment. The staff was very attentive to our requests - which included putting a 2nd chair in the room. I told the front desk and they took care of it while we were out. The place felt like there were people that lived there full time. I'm don't know for sure. The doors to the rooms slammed...
