Welcome to lake life at this modern, spacious home, sitting right on the shores of Rainbow Lake. Three on-site golf courses, and easy access to nearby hiking and mountain biking trails, you'll be spoiled for choice when it comes to outdoor activities. Shopping, restaurants, and other amenities are all within just a mile or two.


At home, spend mornings with coffee and afternoons with cocktails on the large back deck, facing the water.

Inside, you'll find soaring ceilings, hardwood floors, and an open layout, idea for spending time together. The well-equipped kitchen boasts a full suite of stainless steel appliances and all the counter space and gadgets you need to whip up family favorites. Serve up your creations at the large, adjacent table, then head out to explore.

After a day of adventures, entertainment options at home include four streaming-capable TVs, free high-speed WiFi, and board games. Mold issues, fireplace not working, dock in disrepair.

We booked this property for two main reasons - to enjoy a fire outside in the evenings and to access the lakefront via the dock. The outdoor fireplace has been broken for 2 years (still included in the listing as a feature) and the dock is in dangerous disrepair (also still included in the listing as a feature of the house). The first time using the jetted bathtub, a bunch of mold shot out of the jets. When we went to use the clothes washer, the soap dispenser tray has black mold and smelled bad. It's clear the house is not cared for, which is a shame, because it's in a fantastic location with lake access. The home layout is actually very nice, but cleanliness issues and broken features make this a two star home.

Beautiful open house with lots of room

The house was beautiful with a great kitchen for cooking, nice to have bathroom in every room. Beautiful decor. Very clean. Very much liked this house, thank you to the family that owns it.

A beautiful, spacious, well appointed home. The deck is the perfect place to watch the wonderful, and entertaining wildlife. My group will be returning to this property next June.

Beautiful Home, but there are issues

This is the secont time I am writing this. Less than an hour of arriving, I get a text with a survey as to how clean the house was. It is beautiful and at first glance we gave it a 5 out od 5.Then after we are there a day we start noticeing things. Opening windows to let in the cool fresh air we see a lot of spider webs and dead bugs. Easy clean up with a vaccum.Sitting out back,enjoying a beautiful day watching the birds catch fish,the tall weeds were not enjoyable.We discovered the pantry was locked, never had a locked pantry before.There were No dish towls in the kitchen, we went through a lot of paper towls very quickly. Also the down stairs bedroom closet was locked so we were not able to hang our clothes in that room. In the downstairs bathroom, in the shower, the shampoo and conditioner were either partially used or empty. We brought steaks to grill, but felt that we could not use it as it looked like there was a fire and the grill and sink were very greasy and filthy.We all sat down in the evening to relax and watch a movie, but the mail TV in the livingroom did not work, nor did the one in one of the upstairs bedroom and the one in the upstairs landing.One of the upstairs bathrooms did not have enough towls. On the last day of our stay we found the dryer was full of towls. Also the front railsare very loose, Especially the one clossest to the garage. That is a bad accident waiting to happen. In all we feel that we did not get all that was offered, that we paid for!

Great vacation

We all really enjoyed the house and the neighborhood. The neighborhood is wooded and a great place to walk. We even saw deer during our walks. The house is spacious and we enjoyed time on the patio and access to the lake…..will likely return.

Great property terrible management

The property was beautiful, but the management could not get things done, we had problems throughout most of our stay including serious problems with the front door lock that took 3 days to resolve, also there was a bit of false advertising, we were led to believe that the garage was included only to find out 4 days in to the stay that it wasn't. We would not have rented that property if we had known that.

Beautiful Lake House

We truly made great and treasured memories in this beautiful, well appointed lake house! The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. The home very clean and well kept. Very roomy and spacious. Only problem we were unable to start any of the gas fireplaces. Even after we followed property management directions. We were ok not needing the indoor FP’s but we would have enjoyed having the outside FP working as it did get chilly in the evening and after dark. Other then that it was a great, comfortable ,clean, place!

Rainbow Lake Getaway

Beautiful home!!! So much room!! Gorgeous views of the lake from the spacious deck. A few items inside need attention which I’ve communicated to Vacasa. But I look forward to coming here again
