We had a slight issue with one of the radiators not heating which caused the room to be cold, however I called one of the provided numbers and an electric heater was provided within literally 5 minutes by a lovely girl working there. "We usually love this b&B but found it a little run down this time. Things broken in room, bed very squeaky, noisy room next to kitchen,marks and cobwebs around so a little disappointed. Staff very friendly, breakfast is wonderful very good choice. Parking spaces are few and you can't park on the road outside. Around 20 mins walk down to lake and same up to town."

"Fantastic central location in Bowness - an abundance of shops and restaurants are on the doorstep, and the jetty is a just a short walk away. The allocated parking is a huge benefit. The garden outside the property is absolutely stunning, and the room was spacious, spotless, comfortable and full of charming character (the Puddle-Ducks theme was a lovely touch).
