Welcome to fabulous Dunes Court Villa at Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club.

Indulge yourself with a renovated (Aug 2016), spacious, luxury and modern villa at Southern Dunes - In the heart of Florida - central to everything.
Minutes away from golf, theme parks and shopping.

Our modern and beautiful 4 bedroom Scandinavian luxury home is located at the beautiful and quiet community of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club. This secluded tropical paradise features a stylish and modern accommodation for 8+ guests and is just newly renovated with luxury materials and in absolute top condition. Here you can enjoy the 4 Star spectacular golf course or enjoy the sun while splashing around in your private pool.

The spacious family room has 2 dinning areas and nice relax corner with a 55" big flat screen TV. The open floor plan gives you plenty off room to relax with friends and family. A fully equipped and well stocked kitchen with breakfast bar that covers all your dining needs. All granite countertops and top of the range stainless steel appliances.

The two master bedrooms offer king beds, one with looks out over the pool area and a private specious bathroom and a large walk in closet. The second master bedroom faces the front garden and includes a private bathroom. The 2 other bedrooms offer queen bed and twin beds and built in wardrobes. The 3rd bathroom services the 2 queen/twin bedrooms with W/C and shower. All bedrooms offers big flat screen tv´s.

The spacious screen-enclosed outside terrace and pool area with a magnificent view overlooking the 12th fairway of the golf course is a real delight with a large renovated pool, lounge area, flat screen tv, BBQ grille and patio heater. The pool can be heated if required.

Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club is closed community with calm and safe surroundings that includes childrens playground, community pools, tennis court, fitness center, restaurant, bar and the award winning Southern Dunes Golf course. There are many restaurants nearby, and 2 major supermarkets conveniently located at the front of the community - Wal-Mart & Winn Dixie (walking distance). There are many shopping malls close by to suit all ages and tastes.

Wifi, bed linnen, towels, Cable TV and Phone is included in you stay.

Our villa is family owned and we do understand the importance of every detail that will make your vacation a real success. We make sure our villa is in top condition, well equipped and well supplied. We have a site manager living at Southern Dunes ready to address any of your issues or problems.

Covid-19 update.
Our professional, local teams are committed to providing a clean and safe home for you. On top of our standard cleaning guidelines, we’ve now launched a enhanced protocol for vacation rental cleanliness. This new cleaning program meets and exceeds CDC recommendations and guidance from hospitality industry experts. We also only use EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) authorized products for cleaning.

Bed linens.
We have replaced all bed linens and our comforters are now upgraded to interchangeable duvet covers to improve hygiene standards.
All our pillows have protectors which are fully washable as are our mattress protectors.
For the safety of our guests all bed linens, duvets, pillow cases, pillow protectors are always washed between guests.

Low key area with nice golf course. Gated community with restaurants and a walmart closeby. I would ask to have the pool heated “covered “next time. We would stay here again if going back to Florida.

Great from the start, with really good communications, listing exactly matching the property and everything clean and tidy. Very safe neighbour too. Pool area great, with outside TV perfect for watching sports whilst the kids swim. Kitchen modern, with modern appliances. Walmart walkable, but you'll need a car to get anywhere, which is standard in Orlando (well most of America really). For the price, there is nowhere better to stay, very cost effective for what you get.

Properly was perfect for our golf retreat. House was clean and ideally positioned on the beautiful Southern Dunes golf course. Our host, Peo, was very responsive and accomodating. Highly recommend this property!

Waking up and having my coffee watching the sun rise over the golf course behind our property was a lovely first morning. We spent 90% of our time in the pool or on the patio, it was a perfect Florida experience. With great seating and a TV outside to catch up on the news or watch a movie we had no reason to be inside. The primary king bedroom had access to the patio through sliders or through the ensuite which was great for quick bathroom trips or to come in and change out of your bathing suit. Very convenient. The kitchen has everything we needed and was open to the living room so the cook could still be part of the conversation. Despite being in a quiet golf community you are close to everything you need. Shopping is minutes away. Gate security was very friendly and professional and made coming and going quick and easy once you check in the first day. Great wifi let us stay in touch. There is a welcome binder with all the info you need about the facilities. All in all a lovely stay and this property would definitely be a repeat stay if we are coming back to the area.

The house was big enough for 6 people. I would have liked it to be a little cleaner and with supplies provided by owner, I would have cleaned it better. The security system never worked. The toilets need flapper replacements as they run more than they should and waste water. In the front bedroom there is some ceiling dust falling (we think an animal in the attic). I also saw bugs in the kitchen when I woke up. I believe roaches, but I’m not sure. The back pool was wonderful and furniture was great. We loved the tv outside and spent most days there. There are two outside heaters, but we didn’t need to use them as the weather was decent for February. For seniors, we had a hard time getting up from the living room sofas and the beds. Too low to the floor, but comfortable. Would be nice to have a recliner in the living room instead of the two wicker chairs. The kitchen was supplied with all we needed. All in all, the house was comfortable. If the little things are taken care of, we would recommend it highly.

Peo and the house were a hidden Gem in Hines City. Great location, great community conveniently located to the Ironman Village. The attention of your host and communication was flawless and definitely made our stay epic. We loved every minute of our stay and next time we are in town, we will try to make this house our stay.

The house is lovely and quiet. It was great to relax over the holiday. Separate rooms and bathrooms made the stay easy. Close access to grocery stores and restaurants. I especially enjoyed watching the sunrise each morning overlooking the pool and golf course.

The home is just as beautiful as the photos show. Having the two dining locations was a bonus for our group as well as the three full baths. The layout was great and no one felt like they were atop each other. We were here for IM Florida 70.3 and the location to the event and grocery/liquor/dining out was close and plentiful. However, we cooked a lot from home and enjoyed the gas grill and outdoor eating area where a TV is located up on the wall. (It’s beautiful sitting out here at night) The kitchen is well stocked with cooking items, coffee maker, blender, and adult beverage glasses. We tried the pool but it was too chilly for us in Dec. Quiet neighborhood with security. The owner is responsive to any questions. Would highly recommend.
