We had a nice stay here. The condo is lovely, very clean, well appointed, with everything you'd need, kitchen-wise. Great view of the lake, trees, boulders. Easy, accessible parking. Two nice bathrooms. Comfy beds. Sleeps 6, but note that two of the double beds are bunk beds. But the large couch is also very comfy and works as a bed in a pinch.

Couple and family friendly

Our stay was still amazing, however things I’d want to know if I was to pay what we paid again, fire place doesn’t work at all which was a big reason we got the place, hot tub is down the street and a community one, the floor is really messed up pieces broken and dips all over the worst was by the kitchen and it actually hurt my wife’s foot when she was barefoot, The upstairs loft is very nice with a king bed however it is extremely worn and the middle is sunken in quite a bit, the WiFi was soooo slow it took an hour to download Netflix not including the time to setup the tv itself but eventually got things to work just disappointing because they claimed there was 5G WiFi but there isn’t and the 2.4g was about 1.5 mb download. The house is very nice though just needs to have some things fixed throughout, The best thing though is the view, it was absolutely incredible the mountain side and clear view of most of the lake was beautiful. Close to town about 10 minutes of a drive. A good place to get away, very quiet. If you go during heavy snow definitely recommend having chains or 4x4 the roads in the neighborhood are fairly steep and can be icy.

this reservation had a great private balcony view and had all the amenities inside one could need. important to know it does not have air-conditioning, but it was not needed when we were there end of September. parking within steps of door.

Beautiful location and couldn’t beat the value for the area! Really loved the views and proximity to hiking. The condo could be a bit cleaner but sheets and towels and bathrooms were clean. Upstairs bedroom is a loft, not a proper bedroom fyi. The furniture they have is quite big for the space so a bit tricky to move around. The balcony could use some upgrades and tlc. The hot tub is quite the walk down the hill and I had to ask for the code to get in as it wasn’t provided. Overall, we were happy with our stay and the location and views were definitely worth the price!

Definitely smaller than the description and pictures made it look. Wouldnt be big enough for a family. Cozy and clean though. Master had a very nice bed. Only real problem we had was there was zero parking on the property or nearby.

Do not rent!!!

Do not rent this unit!!! No electricity in the second bedroom bath. Dishwasher past its life. Master bedroom mattress has a sinkhole. The unit needs a deep cleaning.

Pros: the view was spectacular from the living room. Cozy snd warm. Bathrooms and kitchen were extremely well equipped. Location was wonderful. 2 minutes from the ski resort. Very quiet and peaceful. Beds were super comfortable. Very clean and organized. Had extras of everything. Cons: heater was turned off when we got there. Took the home about 6/7 hrs to reach 70 degrees after we spent 30 minutes to fix it. The stairs that take you to the master upstairs are so far out that my fiancé almost had a concussion, hitting his head almost every time he tried putting his shoes on. The fireplace DOES NOT work and don’t think it ever has and is not going to.

This property has an excellent view and is nicely located near Heavy Ski Resort. The description of the condo says it sleeps 6, but it is quite small and realistically is best for no more than 4 people. We went visited in the winter and we were disappointed that the fireplace was not working. We couldn’t get it to turn on and when we contacted the property management to get the directions on how to operate it, we received a text that said the fireplace was new and they were waiting on a part to make it operable. This was disappointing since the temperatures outside were freezing and there was no communication regarding the fact the fireplace was not functioning. The only other complaint was that the mirror doors of the master bedroom/loft fell off when we tried to slid them open. Fortunately, my husband caught them and no one was hurt, but this was a safety hazard and should have been taken care of prior to our arrival or at least a sign should have been posted letting renters know the condition of the doors. I texted management( Julio), and never heard back from him acknowledging the issue. Overall, the condo made a nice place to stay for a ski weekend, but needs a little maintenance.

Best place in Tahoe

This place was incredible!! It was extremely clean, cozy, the beds were super comfortable and you cannot beat that beautiful lake view from the balcony. The price was very reasonable and way more roomy than a hotel. The property management team was very helpful and made our stay easy and convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous views of Lake Tahoe from the balcony. Lovely place with everything we needed. It is either a 12 min walk to the Stagecoach base or there is a shuttle that will pick you up right outside the condo.

Great view. But had maintenance issues (needs painting on exterior, doorbell broken, no handle on sprayer at kitchen sink, etc.). Found assortment of food from previous occupants -- most disturbing was the half bottle of Wesson oil in the cupboard. With no cap. And there weren't enough parking spots.
