We rented the Dill property for a 30th birthday with several parties traveling from out of state to Tahoe for the first time. Everyone loved everything about the trip and the stay. Kevin was incredibly responsive which added a lot of ease as planning a trip for 12 can be a stressful experience. The property was perfect for 4 couples and 4 singles and pet friendly without any evidence of previous pets. Would absolutely rent again & although this was a summer trip, would be a great location for a group trip skiing at Palisades. Parking was more than adequate, as well.

We had an incredible stay at this property with three families, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The home was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, giving everyone plenty of room to relax and enjoy time together without feeling crowded. The common areas were perfect for gathering, while the bedrooms provided privacy and comfort for each family. The kitchen was well-equipped and made preparing meals for a large group easy and enjoyable. Everything was exactly as described, and the property was very well maintained. The location was convenient and made it easy to explore the area, while still providing a comfortable place to come back to at the end of the day. The host was responsive, welcoming, and made the entire experience smooth from check-in to check-out.We created wonderful family memories here and would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling with a large group or multiple families. We would gladly stay here again!

The home was amazing! Even better than advertised. We've stayed at quite a few VRBO's and this home had everything in terms of quality kitchen appliances/tools, access to additional towels, pillows, etc. The communication with the owners was fantastic. Would highly recommend.
