House Rules:

Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. A valid government-issued ID is required to verify age and identity for all bookings.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.

No Party Policy: Parties or large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate removal without refund.

PET POLICY:
-Pets must be potty trained, under 25 pounds, and current on all vaccinations.
-Pets cannot be left unattended in the home unless secured in a kennel.
-If pets are left unattended in the home outside of a kennel, it may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund.
-Pets must be leashed at all times when outside in the community.
-No excessive barking or noise is allowed.
-Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up all pet waste on the exterior of the property.
-Pet owners are responsible for any additional cleaning fees or damages caused by pet hair, accidents on floors or furniture, or any other damage.
-A daily pet fee of $50 per pet applies.

Parking: Parking is only permitted in designated parking spaces. Please do not park in unmarked or restricted areas.

Community Rules: Located in the Village of Four Seasons, this home is part of a private residential community. All local rules are posted on-site and in the property guidebook, and must be followed at all times.

No Smoking or Vaping: Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana is allowed inside or outside the property. Any evidence of violation will result in a $500 fee for odor removal and cleaning.

Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours out of respect for neighbors and fellow guests. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate termination of the stay without a refund. Parking: Please park only in the designated parking areas provided. No Smoking or Vaping Policy – Interior & Exterior This is a 100% smoke-free and vape-free property—including both the interior of the home and all exterior areas such as decks, patios, and the dock. This policy applies to all forms of smoking and vaping, including tobacco, marijuana, and e-cigarettes. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of your reservation with no refund. Guests who choose to ignore this rule will be required to leave the property immediately upon discovery. In addition: A $650 non-refundable smoke remediation and cleaning fee will be charged to return the property to a clean, safe condition. Any additional damages or lingering odors caused by smoking or vaping will result in further charges. All reviews from violating guests will be reported and disqualified due to non-compliance with house rules.
