Emerald Escape – Luxury Waterfront Condo w/Pool!

The Emerald Escape is our newest waterfront condo and will not disappoint! This condo is nearly brand new and features luxury finishes to make your stay at the lake one to remember. Featuring a screened deck, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and everything you need to feel at home while away from home. There are only 3 steps up to get into the condo! The Emerald Bay complex is highly sought after and centrally located just off Horseshoe bend, just minutes from the Bagnell Dam Strip, Osage Beach, several golf courses, and tons of lakefront bars and restaurants including Shady Gators, H-Toads, Dock Knockers and so much more!

Kitchen and Dining Area
This beautiful open concept kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, a breakfast bar with seating for three, and all the essentials you need to prepare meals. Off the kitchen is a round dining table with seating for four.

Living Room
The living room features a flat screen TV mounted above a cozy electric fireplace, a sleeper sofa, a chair with ottoman, a recliner, coffee table, a coffee bar with both drip and K cup coffee makers and sliding doors that open onto the waterfront balcony.

Master Suite
The Master suite features a King size bed, closet, a workspace with a desk and chair, nightstands, dresser, and sliding doors that open to the balcony. The attached master bath has granite countertops, double vanity sinks, and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom 2
The second bedroom features a king size bed, twin bunk beds, closet, and flat screen TV.

Bathroom 2
The second bathroom features granite countertops, single vanity sink and a shower/tub combo.

Outside
Out on the screened in waterfront balcony there is a large dining table with seating for 6, plus two chairs and a small table. There is also an electric pellet grill available for use.

Neighborhood Description
The Emerald Bay Condominium Complex offers access to two pools and a tennis court. The complex is located on Horseshoe Bend, just minutes from the Bagnell Dam Strip, which offers amazing restaurants, family fun, and nightlife experiences. Just a hop and a skip away from all the shopping bars and dining experiences of Osage Beach.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.
