5 Bedroom, 4000 Sqft House Walking Distance To H Toad and Shady Gators

Approximately 10 minutes from Bagnal Dam and Highway 54. A very short WALK (no drinking and driving!!!) to two of the most entertaining bars on the lake, H. Toad and Shady Gators.

There is 150’ of Lake Front and a 40 x 14 ft covered dock with a swim platform. There is plenty of space along the side of the dock to tie up boats that need a larger slip. It is located in Workman’s Cove, perfect for swimming or pulling the kids around on water skis. Between the dock and the shore there are currently 6 crappie beds and 2 night-time light attractants. This is perfect for the avid fisherman or for entertaining the kids.

UPSTAIRS

Master bedroom – 1 king bed and bathroom with an over-sized walk-in shower with dual shower heads.
Bedroom 2 – 1 Queen bed
Bedroom 3 – 1 King bed

There is also a full bath located off the kitchen next to the 2 bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of your cooking and dining needs. The kitchen table is custom to match the counter tops, bar height, and seats 10 people. There is also a sitting area off the kitchen. The living room has a sectional couch with a queen-sized sofa sleeper.

Bedroom 1 – King bed -
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed and full-over-full bunk bed

There is currently a game room with an 8’ pool table and a foosball table. The downstairs living room has a white leather couch and love seat. There is also a full bathroom with a walk-in shower for the downstairs bedrooms.

The front yard is huge and will accompany plenty of cars and whatever trailer parking needs. There is also a RV parking pad with full electricity and water.

Absolutely NO Frat parties. Must be at least 25+ years to rent or have a parent/guardian co-sign with additional deposit.

The location was great and the dock was perfect for swimming and lounging. The interior with the kitchen, living room, pool table, and foosball table were perfect for our stay. The only complaint is that the outdoor lights weren’t working. Other than that it was a great experience.

Great location and property

While the house was updated and spacious and the access to the dock and lake was great. We did find issues with the shower valves not working properly and the shower hands leaking in master shower so we were unable to use it completely. The property owner showed up and hung out on their Yacht which was a little odd as we were using the dock and had to share with them. They took the yacht out that evening and came back around mid night and woke us with walking next to house and headlights leaving the driveway. Overall good but sharing with owner was weird especially with the price we paid for this property.

Amazing location and host

Amazing location - pictures don’t do the property justice. Didn’t have to use ours cars once - everything is walking distance or accessible by boat right from the slip. Megan was great and very responsive.

Location!! Lots of square footage, maintenance details need attention

Location is great! Large open living areas for big family to spread out in. Property is for sale. Made full use of onsite RV parking pad with full hookups. Some maintenance items need attention like many light bulbs out, faucets backwards (hot/cold), main shower hot only, shower drain cover just laying on floor w/sharp edges, a couple patio doors can't open, electrical outlets hanging out/loose, light switches in one room that turn off another room, one patio umbrella not useable, grill starter not working (until I added a battery). Did not like that master bath has zero privacy (no door at all). Beds, linens, towels, dishes, cooking, all good. It was hot, so deck was not useable much of the day (could use some cover/roof).

Spacious Home Perfect for Large Groups

This home suited our group well. With three families (we had 14 people) there was more than enough space to accommodate us. It is much larger than it appears online. The location was great. We enjoyed the very large back deck over-looking the lake, which had ample seating for our group. We also enjoyed games in the large front yard. House is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Owners are very helpful and quick to answer questions. We would definitely rent this home again! Thank you!

vacation 2020

Had a good time there was 14 of us and plenty of room for everyone. Do wish it had wood stairs to the dock with a hand rail instead of stones. Air conditioner had trouble cooling the house although we were there in July and it was very hot.

Great open floor plan for families.

We had plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 children. The back deck overlooking the lake was awesome, with enough shade. The swim platform and dock is where we spent most of our days. Megan always responded promptly.

The house is very spacious; lots of room to spread out. It was great having the boat slip and lake right outside the back door. The deck furniture was in poor shape and took away from outdoor sitting and lake watching. It was odd having so many personal belongings in the house we thought was a vacation rental. The owners and a friend polishing their boat were at the house a great deal of the weekend. Our privacy felt a little overshadowed. Average place for the money.
