  • Casa completamente remodelada en el 8mm. Aproximadamente a 10 minutos de la presa de Bagnall y la autopista 54. Un paseo muy corto (no beber y conducir !!!) a dos de los bares más entretenidos del lago, H. Sapo y Shady Gators.

    Hay 150 pies de frente al lago y un muelle cubierto de 32 x 12 pies con una plataforma de baño. Hay mucho espacio a lo largo del muelle para amarrar los barcos que necesitan un deslizamiento más grande. Está ubicado en Workman’s Cove, perfecto para nadar o tirar a los niños en esquís acuáticos. Entre el muelle y la orilla, actualmente hay 6 camas tipo crappie y 2 atrayentes ligeros nocturnos. Esto es perfecto para el ávido pescador o para entretener a los niños.

    La remodelación incluye toda la pintura nueva, alfombras / azulejos, muebles, camas, electrodomésticos, mostradores de cocina, lavadora y secadora, y una gran ducha con doble cabezal de ducha.

    Cada habitación de la casa está configurada con su propio combo TV / DVD. Las habitaciones son las siguientes:

    PISO DE ARRIBA

    Dormitorio principal: 1 cama King y un baño recientemente remodelado con una ducha de gran tamaño con doble cabezal de ducha. Las fotos no le hacen justicia.
    Dormitorio 2 - 1 cama queen
    Dormitorio 3 - 1 cama queen

    También hay un baño completo ubicado junto a la cocina al lado de los 2 dormitorios. La cocina está totalmente equipada con todas sus necesidades de cocina y comedor. La mesa de la cocina es personalizada para combinar con las encimeras, la altura de la barra y tiene capacidad para 10 personas. También hay una sala de estar junto a la cocina. La sala de estar cuenta con 2 sofás de tamaño completo y 1 sofá de dos plazas ubicado alrededor de un televisor de 55 pulgadas con Blu-ray.

    Dormitorio 1 - Cama King - Cama Queen y litera

    Actualmente hay una sala de juegos con una mesa de billar de 8 'y una mesa de futbolín y una mesa de cóctel pac-man con 60 juegos de los años 80. El salón de la planta baja tiene un sofá de cuero blanco y un sillón de dos plazas. También hay un baño completo para las habitaciones de la planta baja.

    El patio delantero es enorme y acompañará a muchos autos y todo lo que necesite el estacionamiento de remolques. También hay un estacionamiento para vehículos recreativos con electricidad y agua.

    Absolutamente NO fiestas de fraternidad. Debe tener al menos más de 25 años para alquilar o tener un padre / tutor que firme conjuntamente con un depósito adicional.

Fantastic space, was great for entertaining our large group. Lake access was wonderful and the owners were great to talk to.Will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

We had an excellent time! The property is beautiful. Great space and we loved having the dock. Fun for the whole family! We will be back I’m sure!

Family vacation

Spacious, great location, entertainment within walking distance. Great boat slip and kids loved the swim dock (swimming and fishing) caught a 14 lb catfish. 6 grand kids ages 3 -7and 6 adults, perfect for our family vacation!

The location was great and the dock was perfect for swimming and lounging. The interior with the kitchen, living room, pool table, and foosball table were perfect for our stay. The only complaint is that the outdoor lights weren’t working. Other than that it was a great experience.

Great location and property

While the house was updated and spacious and the access to the dock and lake was great. We did find issues with the shower valves not working properly and the shower hands leaking in master shower so we were unable to use it completely. The property owner showed up and hung out on their Yacht which was a little odd as we were using the dock and had to share with them. They took the yacht out that evening and came back around mid night and woke us with walking next to house and headlights leaving the driveway. Overall good but sharing with owner was weird especially with the price we paid for this property.

Amazing location and host

Amazing location - pictures don’t do the property justice. Didn’t have to use ours cars once - everything is walking distance or accessible by boat right from the slip. Megan was great and very responsive.

Great place to get away for vacation and be on the lake. First time in area and we had a blast.

Location!! Lots of square footage, maintenance details need attention

Location is great! Large open living areas for big family to spread out in. Property is for sale. Made full use of onsite RV parking pad with full hookups. Some maintenance items need attention like many light bulbs out, faucets backwards (hot/cold), main shower hot only, shower drain cover just laying on floor w/sharp edges, a couple patio doors can't open, electrical outlets hanging out/loose, light switches in one room that turn off another room, one patio umbrella not useable, grill starter not working (until I added a battery). Did not like that master bath has zero privacy (no door at all). Beds, linens, towels, dishes, cooking, all good. It was hot, so deck was not useable much of the day (could use some cover/roof).

Spacious Home Perfect for Large Groups

This home suited our group well. With three families (we had 14 people) there was more than enough space to accommodate us. It is much larger than it appears online. The location was great. We enjoyed the very large back deck over-looking the lake, which had ample seating for our group. We also enjoyed games in the large front yard. House is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Owners are very helpful and quick to answer questions. We would definitely rent this home again! Thank you!

Had a good time there was 14 of us and plenty of room for everyone. Do wish it had wood stairs to the dock with a hand rail instead of stones. Air conditioner had trouble cooling the house although we were there in July and it was very hot.

Great open floor plan for families.

We had plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 children. The back deck overlooking the lake was awesome, with enough shade. The swim platform and dock is where we spent most of our days. Megan always responded promptly.

Average

The house is very spacious; lots of room to spread out. It was great having the boat slip and lake right outside the back door. The deck furniture was in poor shape and took away from outdoor sitting and lake watching. It was odd having so many personal belongings in the house we thought was a vacation rental. The owners and a friend polishing their boat were at the house a great deal of the weekend. Our privacy felt a little overshadowed. Average place for the money.

Great Family Vacation

Wonderful vacation home for a large or extended family. Kitchen/ Dining area perfect for gathering, family time around the table, games etc. Our group ranged for ages 5 to 80 and the house was appealing to all. The location is excellent, great dock for swimming, fishing and just hanging out- perfect cove for water sports. Owner was responsive and helpful, provided us with access to nearby boat ramp. Highly recommend
