"The best thing was parking. It was super easy. As long as no other car take up the designated parking spot in front of the grass (which no one did). I rented a car, and I mean, if you're visiting the Bay Area you should rent a car. The main issue I had was that the shower drain was clogged. Other than that, it's a studio and felt like a studio. It was also a bit annoying that there was a sign that you could only use 1 of each of the following at a time: the coffee machine, the microwave, and...

"The room was clean and smelled amazing! The woman (who I assume is the manager) even asked us if we needed any restaurant/entertainment recommendations! 10/10 would book again as I was visiting family who live very close by."

"We stay here every year for Halloween in SF and every year we are impressed with how clean the room is, how friendly the staff is, and how great the location is!"

"Hotel is great. Fabulous position being close to stores and restaurants! Beds are super comfortable! Only issue was that room was not cleaned first two nights. Highly recommended"

"liked that there was onsite parking and security doors all around"

"An amazing boutique hotel right on Market Street and 15 minute walk to The Castro. Very highly recommended 2 star accommodation so keep in mind there is no air conditioning or fridge in the room. Still, very good value for money and l would stay there again."

"Best hotel for Sunset District of San Francisco"

"Paid extra because there was dedicated parking, only to find out that it's a small first come/first served lot at which I did not get a spot and ended up parking 15 blocks away. Also there were several large parties happening at the hotel so loud that I could only sleep two hours. I'm talking about at least 15 people in the room next to me slamming walls and screaming at 2am. Also, I locked my key in my room and asked the front desk and he gave me a replacement key without verifying any info...

"The property is walking distance from the Castro Theater and the gay scene. A few steps from the “Church” metro station so it is easy to move around the city. Property is an old building and you share shower and toilet with the other guests. The only bad note I have is that, there are people living in some of the rooms. It is a extended living kinda of situation."

"Great and wonderful stay, quick and easy checking in and checking out. I will be sure to stay there again."

"Great hotel, no bar or restaurant but Close to everything."

"Great Favorite in bay area"
