This lovely house can easily accommodate up to 6 people. It boasts three cozy bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, as well as two spacious decks. Unwind in the ample living room and spend quality time playing board games. Cook delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen or gather around the dining table that comfortably seats 6. Our visitors cherish how the place fosters togetherness and creates unforgettable memories.
Only 5 miles away from the picturesque downtown of Lake Lure, 8 Miles from Chimney Rock, and less than an hour scenic drive to Asheville!
Whether you are here for a family getaway, a mountain vacation, or in town for work, the house is set up for the best of all worlds!
⛰️Based on North Carolina Commission Laws, we are required to send you a rental agreement after booking with us.

*The private dock is a tenth of a mile walk from the house and includes stairs. You. can swim and pull boats from the docs.

Must be 25 years or older to rent.

Lake Lure is dropped approximately 10-15 feet from 1/1-3/31 each year.

🌲The Space:

There are three bedrooms in total.
1. Main bedroom-King bed
2. Downstairs Bedroom- King Bed
3. Downstairs Bedroom- Twin Bunk Bed

🌲Kitchen:
Large fridge, Electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and ice maker. The dining room table seats up to 6. Fully stocked with all cooking utensils, pots, pans, strainers, plates, bowls, glasses, and pretty much anything you would need to make a full meal to enjoy!

🌲Bathrooms:
1st-floor bath — Shower/Tub.
2nd-floor bath— Shower/Tub
Half bath in the downstairs bedroom.
All are fully stocked with shampoo, body wash, blow dryer, and fresh towels and washcloths.

🌲Cleaning:
Washer and dryer, fully stocked paper towels, dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, iron and ironing board, broom, and general cleaning supplies.

🌲Entertainment:
Smart TV in the living room allows you to stream your personal streaming services. Board games are supplied for your enjoyment.

🌲Outside:
The deck focus is the view, fun, and relaxation! The boat house offers a rooftop deck on the lake with spectacular views!

🌲Fires: The fireplace is wood burning but is not usable for guests.

🌲Guest access
Our guests have access to the entire property other than a few storage areas. The rest of the property, inside and outside, is yours to enjoy.
Other things to note
Quiet hours are 9pm-9am. While it may feel like you are alone in the woods, there are neighbors nearby. Loud noise and music on the deck and by the stream are not tolerated.

🐶We love animals and welcome all good boys and girls! No more than 2 woofers per stay.

🐶We allow you to bring up to two pets. A $25 per pet, per night fee will be requested after your booking is confirmed. Please note that taxes and service fees would be in addition.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Pontoon boat will only be available until 12/13/23.

⭐ VERY IMPORTANT:

If you plan on using the house to have a party, sneak in extra guests, bring animals unannounced, or do other things that disregard the house rules, please read below:

No parties or events are allowed without prior approval. You will immediately lose your security deposit, be charged an additional $500, and must leave if this happens.

Examples:

Booking a stay with 8 people and inviting over 10 additional people for a BBQ.

Booking a stay with 6 people but using the house to host a family reunion, baby shower, graduation party, bachelor/bachelorette party, wedding shower, etc.

Our house rates are based on 6 guests and we can accommodate up to 10 for additional fees. Please be honest and accurate about how many guests stay when you book. The 7th through 10th guests are $25 extra per guest per night. Undisclosed guests will be charged at a rate of $100 per night. Any guests over 8 guests will be charged $250 per night.
