Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom front row, just steps from from the water. Come relax under the covered deck or tan on the open deck and take in the endless expanse of the gulf view. Nothing but sand between you and the water. Great for a relaxing long weekend or a family vacation for the week. Take long walks on the beach. Close to restaurants and local shops in the charming city of surfside. Enjoy crabbing, fishing, or just relaxing on the beach. Fully stocked kitchen and linens provided.

This is a great beach house to stay in. Easy check in. Beach front and easy access to the beach. The front porch is big and has plenty of seating. The faucet on the porch made cleaning sand from our feet so convenient and helped so much with tracking sand in the house. The living/dining area also is very roomy. The kitchen was very sufficiently stocked with appliances, dishes, etc. we stayed a week and everything we needed, they had. The king bed was very comfortable. Can’t speak for the other beds personally, but heard no complaints. This is our go to house when we visit Surfside.

Excellent Location Needs Cleaned

Our family enjoyed our vacation immensely! The location was perfect proximity to the beach, so much so that all ages (70s to 8) were easily able to walk to the beach daily.The only complaint I have is that the property really needs a deep cleaning. Everything from the air vents to the shower curtains and toilets weren't clean.I actually washed our sheets when we arrived because I wasn't sure if they were changed after the prior guests.We would love to stay at the property again because the owner is very helpful and communicative, and the house was the perfect size for the eight of us. However, I'd be extremely disappointed if we returned and it was at the same level of dirt and grime.A bit of time, elbow grease, and minimal expense, and this would be a beautiful property!

This is by far our favorite place to stay! The house itself is perfect for our group, with plenty of space for everyone! It’s stocked with everything you could possibly think of. The grandkids (and myself) love the easy beach access and the large front deck - mornings are the best out there! We look forward to our stay each year.

Amazing location and house!

My family of 5 stayed here and were joined by my parents. There was plenty of room and the house had everything we needed and more! The beach was so close and the big porch was perfect. The kitchen and living spaces were great. Definitely recommend for a beach trip!!!

Perfect beach trip!

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The house was just as pictured and described. Clean, comfy, well stocked, and perfect for our family fun. Kitchen had all the necessities, beds were comfortable, nice selection of games, books, and puzzles. It was everything we needed. My husband and I were there with two grown daughters, their husbands and two grandsons (age 2 and 4 months). The proximity and ease of access to the beach was fantastic. The water was beautiful and weather perfect. Thank you for offering your home for rent so we could make great memories.

July 4th Family Vacation

It was a lovely stay. Front row beach view, easy access to the beach and if you have a buggy (golf cart) it is just a short trip to the shops and stores. The house is lovely, open concept with plenty of towels, hand towels and washcloths. The only complaint I have is that house keeping doesn't clean the bathrooms well enough, the vents need to be dusted/cleaned and maybe a bigger grill down stairs. The little grill just don't do it for a big family and we grilled almost every night. Other than that it was a enjoyable family vacation. Thank you Tom and family for letting us rent your beach house. We would definitely rent from you again. Stacey & Family

Very enjoyable

The house was right on the beach! Awesome view of the ocean with the big porch. House was big and comfortable and nicely stocked even though we took our own household items including dish soap, laundry detergent, trash bags and bathroom items. The only three complaints we had were (1) The sheets and towels had stains on them and the foam pad in one of the bedrooms was also stained. (2) The guest bathroom was old, the spigot was loose and the tub had a badly covered hole and it had problems draining, drainage problems also in the master bathroom. (3) The swaying of the house, we were not expecting this ( I’m sure it’s normal for this type of house but we had no.clue)! We felt very welcomed and enjoyed our stay and would certainly like to return if items 1&2 were addressed.

Fun, relaxing time

Chose this property because of location and reviews. I was really impressed with the home, it was very clean and well kept. The rooms were nice and had plenty of beds. Master bedroom was very comfortable. The open kitchen and living room was a great place to hang out and relax in the evening. The outside patio deck was cool to hang and take in the view of the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Weekend beach trip

The location of the house is perfect with amazing views of the beach. The house has a large living and kitchen area that easily accommodates 8-10 people. The bedding in all 3 rooms was not clean. The bathrooms are large enough but shower curtains need to be replaced. More attention to these minor details would go a long way and would make this house a 4-5 star rating.
