Beautiful Lake views and Amazing Sunsets. Enjoy the private patio, and sunset point with night fires to enjoy friends and music. Private entrance, double sliders to patio and lake views from the fully furnished living room. Fully stocked kitchen amenities. Large bathroom with a walk in shower. Separate bedroom with sleep number king size bed. Sofa Sleeper with queen 5" mattress. Casual Dining table inside and outside. Boat Parking is available. Just minutes to the lake, beautiful Rotary Park(shown in pictures) and downtown. Easy access to the desert for off road fun too. Quiet Cul-de-sac location, our Sunset Point Villa is connected to our hot rod garage (you may see some awesome cars and boats in and out)

I really can’t say enough good things about this unit and our stay in Lake Havasu. The villa was clean, quiet, comfortable and well-stocked with everything we could need. We loved relaxing on the patio with views of the lake. Plus, super smooth check in and a very responsive host made for an over all great stay.

The Villa was wonderful…had everything we needed, the a/c was refreshing, it was clean and comfortable, the area was quiet, and the host was wonderful! The view of the lake from the property was an added bonus! We saw the full moon over the lake early one morning…beautiful!! I would absolutely stay here again!

Convenient, clean, beautiful

The 1 bedroom villa is in a very nice neighborhood, renovated, clean, spacious & everything a guest could want including a fun coffee station full of choices & guest body wash, lotion, shave set. None of which I had to use as I always bring my own but next visit to this beautiful villa I can travel lighter knowing what to expect. I’ll definitely stay again!

Villa Visit

My husband & I spent a week at Sunset Pointe Villa visiting friends & exploring Lake Havasu City. The villa itself was exceptional. The cleanliness, the amenities provided, comfort level & location were over the top. We have stayed in many vrbo's & this is the best yet as nothing was left out. Villa with a view!!

Outstanding little place to stay. My husband and I stayed here with our 18 year old on the pull out sofa for 3 nights and it was perfect. The villa has everything you will need. Plush bath towels, clean and cozy extra pillows, and the sleep number bed is the way to go! Coffee pot that offers K-cup or a pot of coffee and a beautiful view of the lake and sunset in the evening. We will be back soon.

Very clean and modern with boat parking!

The description is very accurate. This bungalow offers nice views, great bed, full kitchen with large family room. My wife and I enjoyed our 2-night stay and would definitely stay again. There was plenty of room to park my truck/boat in front of the unit which was a huge plus.

Great Property

We came to Lake Havasu to visit friends. The property was lovely and felt like a home away from home. The owner was friendly and easily accessible when we had questions! Would absolutely stay here again of we are ever back in the area.
