South Lake Havasu Pool Home with Boat/ RV Parking

Our home is located in a quiet section of south Lake Havasu City within easy access of downtown and several launch points (Buckskin & Cattail Cove both to South and Windsor to North). Even during busy time periods, you're looking at 5-10 minutes to drive from the house to downtown.

Our home features 3-bedrooms/2-full baths. We have a 90' concrete driveway next to the garage for any size RV or boat parking including outside accessible 30-Amp Service. The large rear yard includes an in-ground private swimming pool (no diving-5' depth), outdoor gas grill and patio chairs secured by a chain link privacy fence.

Our home will comfortably sleep 6 adults or up to 8 if two sleep on the queen blow-up mattress (electric air pump provided). The master bedroom comes with a king bed, chest of drawers, dresser and 2-night stands. The second bedroom comes with a queen bed, dresser and 2-night stands and the third bedroom comes with a queen bed and dresser. There are lighted ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms.

Internet and cable are provided; there are 3-flat panel display TV's throughout the house... 1 located in the living room, another in the master bedroom and the third in bedroom #2. A large round table in the dining room will comfortably seat 6 people plus 3 more at the bar. The living room includes a couch, over-sized chair and love seat. A coffee maker, Keurig, refrigerator, electric range, over the range microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal are included in the kitchen. There are place settings for 8, utensils and other kitchen items needed. A washing machine & dryer are available for you in the laundry room. We've recently added a water softener and a filtered drinking water system.

Upon arrival, you should find several Keurig coffee cups so please help yourself. We hope you have an exceptional customer experience in our home while visiting Lake Havasu

Amazing stay!!

First off I want to say how pleasant and responsive Steve and Darlene were. Their house is absolutely beautiful and well kept. Felt so comfortable like I was at home. The house accommodated all of your needs. The pool was amazing. This house is a 11/10. I Would recommend this house to family and friends. Also to top it off it is in a perfect location!!!

Quiet neighborhood, great location

Everything was great overall and the hosts were extremely easy to to work with. The kitchen was full of every kind of utensil and appliance one could ever need and the house is furnished beautifully. I loved the location of the neighborhood as well. However, it turns out there is now housing and a garage on the property behind the backyard fence, where it does not appear that these were there in the pictures provided in the listing. This obviously isn’t anyone’s fault, but I wasn’t expecting to be woken up every morning by the bobcat backhoes, trucks beeping, the music from the construction workers, and their conversations carrying through as they went about their work. The backyard severely lacked privacy because of this and the pool was in full view of all the construction bustle. I suggest providing updated pictures of the backyard, if possible.

Excellent Stay

The house was perfect for our family! The king size bed in the master was a bonus and the kids loved the convenience of having a pool right outside. Everything was well stocked and very clean. Took about 10 min to get to the marina towing a boat. We will definitely be back!
