Perfect house for our family!

Great house,great pool,well stocked. Great communication with host. The little things were very nice...down to the basket of goodies, the speakers outside, and a pooper scooper! We loved spending time at pool area and dining table big enough for us to all eat dinner together. Thanks for sharing your house!!

Title: Fantastic Stay – Even Better Than the Photos!We had an incredible stay at this property! It’s always a relief when a home is exactly as pictured, and this one did not disappoint. The entire place felt modern, updated, and very well-maintained. On top of that, the owner was incredibly helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had.Perfect Location:The home is in a great location. Not too far from all the activities Lake Havasu has to offer. Highlights of our stay:The Backyard & Spa: The outdoor space is absolutely beautiful. The spa and pool are beautiful. The spa can be heated in about 30 minutes.Comfortable Living: The beds were extremely comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's rest.Thoughtful Amenities: The kitchen was well-stocked with a Keurig (and pods!), coffee maker, toaster and blender. Extra Touches: Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, stylish, and perfectly located getaway.

Great Home - We Will Be Back!

This home was absolutely perfect for us. The location is close to everything. It took us only 6 minutes to get from the house to Lake Havasu Marina. The home is well appointed. A very large sitting area in the main room. The kitchen has a great layout and is well stocked with everything most people would need. Sliders from the dining area and master bedroom give lots of light with an open and airy feel. We only used the master bedroom where the bed is very comfortable. The shower is absolutely huge with great overhead and handheld showerheads. The covered porch in back makes a great place for morning coffee and eating meals. Possibly the best of all is the beautiful private back yard with a nice smaller pool and a hot tub that heats very quickly!We had an issue with the A/C. Not a huge issue, it just wasn't cooling as well as it should have. The owner responded to my text within minutes (seriously it was 2 minutes)! It turns out they had recently had the A/C unit serviced and apparently there was a loose connector that caused the problem. Here's the important part - The problem, though not a big issue to me, was resolved very quickly - The owner kept me informed of what was happening throughout the process - My vacation time was not interrupted in any way. The owner truly cared! That makes a huge difference. We know where we are staying for our next trip to Havasu!
