Welcome to this custom Havasu home. No expense was spared in the building of this house. It is built on foxblock ICF which means the house has the best insulation to withstand the havasu heat. Literally the coolest house on the block! The furniture, decor, technology is the perfect combination of classic havasu but with the latest and greatest technology. We invite you to come stay at our home and experience havasu living at its finest!
Guest access
The RV garage is accessible to guests. Our driveway is a bit steep but it is professionally graded. Most Boats has had no problem going up the driveway and has never bottomed out. At the bottom of our driveway is a leveled pad that can accommodate a 25 ft detached boat & trailer. 25 ft boats are no problem at the house but if your boat is larger, we have a private secure lot that can accommodate up to 40 ft boat. That lot is 2 miles away from our house. If you need larger boat parking please contact us before booking.
Basic Rules:
For your convenience we have provided a Welcome Book with instructions on operating all amenities and additional information to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Please take the time to read " House Rules" in its entirety located on the listing page to avoid any loss or deductions from your security deposit upon checkout.
Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay in the home. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction and cancellation of your stay with no refund.
Must be at least 25 years old to rent this property. Due to insurance purposes this home cannot be rented to anyone under the age of 25. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. You must rent the home for yourself and your guests. Non-compliance to these rules will result in immediate cancellation to your stay.
Outdoor cameras are located along the perimeter of the outside of the house with visibility of entrance/exit of the home. The privacy and security of our guests are of the the upmost importance and while these cameras are not used to monitor or intrude on your stay they can be accessed to verify occupancy , “Quiet Hours" and house rule compliance. Guest(s) may not disconnect or tamper with exterior security cameras. If disconnected or tampered with, the contract will terminate immediately with no refunds.
City Quiet time is defined as between 8 AM and 10 PM. Please be mindful of excessive noise during these hours. If Law enforcement is called due to any disturbance including but not limited to Loud, Music , fireworks, etc. it will be reported and may interfere with you ability to obtain future reservations.
Heating Pool - If you are traveling during cooler months you can request that the pool be heated for an additional fee. Normally $75 for first day and $25 each additional day. This needs to be arranged and pre-paid prior to your stay in order for us to begin heating the pool in advance of your arrival.
We are a non-smoking/Vaping home.
No pets allowed (No Exceptions) $500 fine
