The host was responsive and very pleasant. The house was clean and offered plenty. The pool table was so much fun to have as well as the hot tub.I loved the large kitchen. Lake Havasu is very quiet after 9pm, but I found the traffic to be a bit loud on a weekday from the master bedroom. Otherwise, it was a great place and would stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay at this home in Lake Havasu! The house was spotless, beautifully kept, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The beds were super comfortable, and the kids had an amazing time in the pool. The host’s instructions for heating the pool and spa were clear and easy to follow, which made everything stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience — we’d definitely stay here again!

This pet friendly home was an outdoor oasis. We spent most of our time outside and really enjoyed the pool and sitting on the elevated area by the spa to watch the sunset over the lake. This was our second time staying here and it didn't disappoint. Mary is an amazing and thoughtful host. She is quick to respond to all communication. The amenities are exactly as stated. We had such a good stay from the beginning to end. I especially appreciated how clean everything was! I usually feel the need to wipe everything down before unpacking but did not feel any need to do that here! Was very impressed! This home basically had plenty of everything you needed as far as extra linens, condiments, and even had a brand new Refrigerator installed the day we checked in. Bbq outside with outside kitchen was totally clean too and everything worked well, we will definitely come back!

**Review for Lake Havasu City Home**I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic house in Lake Havasu City, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, the host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house itself was spotless and well-equipped, making it easy for us to cook both inside and out. After spending a long day enjoying the lake, there was nothing better than relaxing in the pool—such a perfect way to unwind! The showers were refreshing, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable, providing a great night's sleep after our adventures. Overall, this home provided everything we could have wanted and more. If you're considering a stay in Lake Havasu City, I highly recommend this lovely home. You won't be disappointed!

I love staying at this property. It is a “home” rather than a commercial rental. As the mom - planning and packing, i dont have to worry about the details because everything is there. In addition - its a really fun house for both grown ups and kids alike. I feel like im borrowing the house from a friend :)

A good place for a sunny spring getaway. We enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and especially the pool table! This is a great place for family fun. The kitchen was well stocked with great options for preparing meals.

Wonderful place to stay

This house was wonderful to stay at, and Mary was the best host! The house was very clean with a well stocked kitchen. Our first day, there was a small issue with the bathroom. I texted Mary to let her know and she had someone over that day to fix it. She is very responsive to any text or question you have. The pool and hot tub were very clean, plenty of pool towels and we had a very relaxing week at her home. The only negative for me was the bed was kind of soft but that’s a personal preference as I like a firmer mattress, there was nothing wrong with the bed. It was a great stay with lots of memories and a very attentive host. You won’t be disappointed if you book at this location.

Great house in Lake Havasu

this was our first time in Lake Havasu and this house was perfect for our family. In a great location and was easy to get around. The house was perfect to come back to after a day of checking out the area. We enjoyed the hot tub quite a bit. The owner was super nice and easy to work with. would stay here again.
