This luxury, family-friendly home is a one story, 2000 sq. ft home boasting 4 bedrooms/3 baths including a Master and Junior Suite each having their own bathroom and another full bath. Everyone will have plenty of room to spread out including an open-spaced concept large kitchen, dining room and family room. The available 3 car garage and wide driveway gives plenty of room for parking (note 4th RV garage is not available for use). Sleeps 11 adults/children comfortably, tile flooring throughout, granite counters and all the comforts of home. Kitchen includes everything you need to feed your crew including an Instant Pot, Air Fryer, Crock Pot, Coffee Pot, service for 16 and plenty of storage room in the pantry and cabinets. Retreat to a Master bedroom with a Cal king size bed, 60" flat screen TV and direct access to the backyard lounge area and pool (note pool is not heated). Bedroom #2 Junior Suite- has a king bed and 55” flat screen tv and attached bathroom. This room also has access to the back yard and the attached bathroom can also be accessed directly from the back yard keeping pool users from having to go through the house when nature calls. Bedroom #3- has a king bed and 55” flat screen tv. Bedroom #4 – queen bed with trundle twin bed that can be pulled out, a twin bunkbed and a 55” flat screen tv. Fully furnished with linens, towels, blankets and in-house laundry room with washer/dryer. Plenty of games amd puzzles and a large kitchen table for family fun. Wifi ready and smart tvs for hooking up to your favorite streaming channels. Our home has a beautiful pool area which has an in-pool seating area with umbrella over it, lounge chairs, outdoor couch, pario table and chairs and a north facing back yard giving plenty of shade during the hot summer months withca patio cover that also has 2 outdoor ceiling fans. Pool towels are provided as well as pool noodles to be used while enjoying R&R tine in the backyard. A gas bbq is on the patio for your use to grull meals as well as a cornhole game set you can have lots of fun with. Beautiful sunset view from the back of home and yard!

Lake Havasu City is your destination for lake fun in the warm months and 4 wheeling in the winter. Visit the world-famous London Bridge and enjoy restaurants, shopping, bars and an exciting night life. From the bridge you can rent boats for the day, paddle boards or take the free shuttle over to Havasu Landing for some gambling fun. With balloon festivals, fishing tournaments, speed boat races and an amazing July 4th fireworks show, Lake Havasu City is your year-round destination for fun! Our home is on the lakeside of Hwy 95 with a short drive to all the activities South and close to the stores such as Walmart, Penneys, Dillards to the North.
Completely finished July 1, 2023, our home is our new getaway for our family when we visit Lake Havasu in the summer months for boating and enjoying relaxing vacation time together.
