  • Esta casa es una casa recientemente remodelada con un amplio plan de piso abierto que cuenta con dos master suites, cada una con una cama queen size. El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama litera con un futón queen debajo y una cama individual arriba. El tercer baño tiene una combinación de ducha / bañera y el sofá en la sala de estar tiene un escondite.

    Ubicado en el atractivo vecindario del lado sur, a poca distancia en automóvil del Puente de Londres, Rotary Park, así como de tiendas y lugares de entretenimiento.

Very clean and comfortable! Easy check in. More than enough room to relax and enjoy the Arizona sunrise/sunset. Huge kitchen. We would definitely book again!

Very pleasant stay!

The house was everything as described. It was conveniently located, very clean, and well stocked with everything needed. Next trip to Havasu, we will stay there again.

Best place in Lake Havasu City

This place was immaculate. Molly provided clear and simple instructions for our arrival and stay. Very comfortable home and updated nicely. No complaints whatsoever. Will definitely book again!!!

We’ve wrapped up our fifth retirement winter, having traveled different areas, this was hands down the best home we’ve stayed! As a retired couple from North Dakota, we look forward to our winter escape each year, and this property truly exceeded our expectations.The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed for a long-term stay — from a well-stocked kitchen to cozy living spaces perfect for relaxing evenings. The neighborhood was peaceful and welcoming, and the location made it easy to enjoy everything Lake Havasu has to offer.We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home that made it feel less like a rental and more like our own winter retreat. Communication with the host was excellent — friendly, responsive, and accommodating.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, stress-free winter getaway!

When we arrived we instantly felt at home. Furniture was clean and comfortable. Appliances were sparkling and up to date. Appreciated the day to day necessities such as large soft towels, laundry soap, dish soap, hand soap, garbage bags. Propane grill was a treat. And I don’t want to forget that Molly was an awesome communicator and responded to my questions quickly. We had an amazing time for our 1st visit to Lake Havasu. Thank you Molly. Mike and Karen

Great property!

Place was very clean. Nice and roomy, everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom which made it nice. Molly was very responsive in her communication. Would definitely stay here again!

Molly's Place

This is the second time we've stayed at Molly's rental. As a VRVO host she is the best! Molly helped us out with the booking well in advance of our arrival. The house is very well equipped for a longer term rental. We can't say enough about how responsive Molly is to any questions or concerns. Example: air conditioner quit blowing cold air. She arranged to have a tech arrive and make the necessary repair WITHIN 1 hour of letting her know there was a problem. We really appreciated the fact the house was stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, and laundry soap, just to mention a few. Many thanks to Molly for making our 6 week stay so enjoyable.

Wonderful lake home

Very nice. We enjoyed the front patio view of the lake and the sunsets. The inside was neat, clean, and very comfortable.

Great place to stay

The place was very clean and modern. No complaints on the house or property at all, the only possible complaint was that it was a long ways from the boat ramp, but I knew that when I rented the place so that’s my fault. We enjoyed the stay very much. There are more amenities provided than any other VRBO that we have stayed at.
