The space
This gorgeous single-story space offers 1,900 sq ft of open concept living space for up to 11 guests! With access to an RV/boat garage (parking), a game room, and a Skydeck, this is absolutely not a place you'll soon forget. *
*ALL umbrellas MUST be lowered and secured when not in use. High winds in the area will cause severe damage to the umbrella and other furnishings.
A fantastic and open yard would not be complete without a sparkling pool*, a BBQ** Grill***, and a large patio area. And let's not forget the new 8-person hot tub, a putting green, and a game room; all within a fully fenced and private space.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you'll need to plan delicious meals during your stay! All stainless-steel appliances are complimented by a Keurig, a coffee maker, and a Crock-Pot (some spices provided as available).
Free Wi-Fi is offered, as well as pre-loaded apps for Netflix, Paramount, Prime Video, Philo, Peacock, and HBO-Max. A washer & dryer, all linens, and bath & pool towels are also provided. We like to offer a starter supply of shampoo, conditioner, and laundry detergent, which allows our guests to travel just a little lighter to compliment your stay nicely.
Guest access
Guests will enjoy a self-check-in via Smart Lock. Additional information will be provided by email on the morning of guest arrival.
We are unable to guarantee an earlier check-in time prior to the evening before guest arrival. Please inquire and management will do their best to accommodate this; however, all earlier check-in requests, as well as late check-out requests, are subject to approval based on housekeeping staff scheduling, maintenance, and back-to-back guest arriving/departing on the same day.
All guests are required to review the House Rules posted on this site, in a "Welcome Correspondence" and/or in the self-check-in email. Guests may be asked to sign a rental agreement prior to arrival as well.
