Great winter stay in the Poconos. We traveled with 2 families (4 adults, 5 kids). Had plenty of space for hanging out (two living rooms) and sleeping. Lots of comfy seating. Most importantly Tim and Kathy were excellent hosts. They were communicative leading into our trip and they were very responsive (very quick) for the couple times we needed something during our week.Definitely recommend for a couple families!

Great Layout for a Family Vacation

Our family loved our stay at this property. We had 3 generations and there was room for everyone to play a game of pool, just relax or unwind in the hot tub.
