Gobblers Knoll is a great spot to get away and spend time with your best buddies to catch a big game, shoot some pool, or just relax by the fire and catch up. The home has a house-wide sound system and WiFi, as well as a 24” TV in each bedroom and the loft. Both the game room and the great room boast 50” TVs. An open kitchen with an island, as well as a good-sized (and interesting) dining table leave you plenty of room for group fare. The home has both covered and open outdoor areas with a hot tub, and an indoor-outdoor fireplace. So, come to renew old friendships and create new ones!
PLEASE NOTE: NO PROM or GRAD Groups, even with adult signature or chaperones.

Amazing stay!

The home was beautiful and so clean. Perfect size for our large group and comfortable beds. We loved the hot tub and there was plenty of activities for large groups nearby - paint ball, skiing, tubing, etc. We loved our stay and the property management company was very communicative.

Plenty of room for a large group to enjoy

This is our second year staying at this location and we had a great time. More toilet paper would help and the arcade they had last year had better games. The fire pit was left full of ash, again, so I had to do a little work to enjoy but not the end of the world. The living room, dining area is great for a large group to gather and enjoy. Plenty of space for parking too. We will look to return next year.

Long weekend at Gobblers Knoll

We had a really enjoyable time at this property. It was really clean, fully stocked with all the necessities. We were a party of 18 so this home was the perfect size for us. The hot tub is a nice size, and the fire pit out back was awesome for s’mores on our last night!

Perfect Family Getaway

Everything was as pictured and as mentioned in the description. Very clean and comfortable. The location was great and within close proximity to Big Boulder mountain and several popular water parks for rainy days. Would absolutely stay here again.

Weekend Friendsgiving!

Was a great place to accommodate all my friends for a 15 group Friendsgiving. Super clean and the electronics the home had was great! Beds were even comfy; that never happened usually! We already plans of renting the property again! Shout to the Poconos mountain rentals for the ease!

Weekend Family Reunion

6 bed 3 bath plus a lofted bedroom/ hangout area. Plenty of space in the house. First floor game room was great. The pool table and the arcade games kept the kids busy. We would’ve appreciated more toilet paper and garbage bags but we came ready. We also thought there would be more outdoor space. The fire pit area was nice but the fire pit was loaded with ash that had sat in the rain. We had to clean that out to use it. Minor things, but overall we enjoyed the house and are interested in returning or renting something bigger if possible.

Poconos reunion

This is our second year going to Lake Harmony for a college reunion with all our children and this house was perfect for our large group. Close to the beach, plenty of accommodations, game room and hot tub were a hit with the kids and the adults enjoyed the fire pit at night time. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful!

We enjoyed your home so much. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. Kitchen had all cooking supplies needed. Had 20 plus 3 toddlers and never felt crowded. Perfect location. So close to the lake. And we loved the fire pit and hot tub. Would definitely return. Thank you!!

Property manager very rude and unhelpful

The issue was mainly due to communication with the property owner. The unwillingness to help and receiving one word responses hours later was beyond me. For a four day vacation, with 10+ people there were no additional toilet paper or paper towels rolls. The single roll of both the paper towel and toilet paper both ran out within hours of the first day. That is not accommodating for a CABIN STAY. When we reached out to the property manager for any additional toilet paper or paper towels we were left with the response of “Go buy it.”. The micro aggressions and blatant disrespect was not worth booking. The fridge does not work, the food never got cold after four days and our some of our food did go bad. The air conditioner does not regulate the entire home. It was 85 degrees in the cabin upon arrival and stayed that way the entire trip; very uncomfortable. The home looks good online, but issues with the property will be evident upon arrival. I would not recommend this property.

Great Family Stay

Rented this home for a cousin's weekend. The home was well appointed, clean, and had all the amenities you would need to have a wonderful stay. The property management company was also friendly and responsive. Would definitely rent this property again!
