"Our first stay of 3 nights at the Berkeley was really nice. An older, but updated motel (small bathroom), with a good location just across the street from the boardwalk and beach was convenient. Great not to have to haul beach gear too far. Be advised that you need to purchase beach passes each day. ..."

"The building is run down and disgusting. The beds are not beds, they are roll-outs. The place looks nothing like the photos shown. However, the manager there was nice enough to tell me that I can get a refund."
