The Reynolds House is 3 Bedroom / 2.5 Bathroom house and sits on a 24-acre estate overlooking beautiful Lake Alfred. This house was built in 2019 to provide up to 10 guests with a premier experience in southern hospitality! Stay with us for a wedding, a romantic getaway, or your next family vacation to Disney World!

The Reynolds House allows for 10 guests and features spacious rooms with 12ft ceilings and luxury amenities, including: Master bedroom suite with King Bed and en-suite bathroom with large shower and double vanity, Living/Dining Room with dinner table (seats 8), large sectional couch, Upstairs Guest Room with Two Queen Beds, Upstairs Guest Room with Two Twin Beds, Full Bathroom with additional vanity and media nook, Full Kitchen with all new appliances including fridge, oven/stove, toaster, Keurig Coffee Maker, Porch with Outdoor Furniture, Four 55’ TVs with Hulu Live TV, High Speed Internet, and Washer / Dryer. Don't forget to check out our pool with views overlooking Lake Alfred and play a game of shuffleboard!

This place was fantastic. It bit of a drive from Lakeland, but it was an incredibly relaxing cottage.

Amazing over night trip

What a beautiful home kids loved it and the pool was right across the street. Neighbors were friendly. House was clean and beautiful!

Nice but will not return

Our stay here was for a non-wedding event in Winter Haven. Very lovely area and great water views. Check-in was easy. The interior was clean and neat. Well-stocked linens. But that is where it ended. After we arrived and started to unpack, we noticed in the master bathroom (downstairs) that the tub/shower area grout was black. Obviously mold. An unpleasant surprise, and we certainly did not want to use that shower. We ended up using the shower in the upstairs bathroom. For the price of this unit, we were surprised. It was not acceptable for us. Also, in the evening, we like to relax and watch TV. I would have to say that the sofa was very uncomfortable for any length of time. Our friends asked how our stay was at the Adam’s Estate. We just took out our phone and showed them the pictures of the master bathroom shower. With such a high price for the unit, we won’t be returning and we cannot recommend it.

Family gathering

The house was so perfect! Clean and very pretty interior. All so nice and easy. The pool is very nice and has a nice setting near the lake. This is a great spot to gather family in the different cottages!

Old Florida at its Best.

This Air B&B is old Florida at its best. The old Adams estate mansion is a reminder of Florida in the 1930's. The housing for guests is new construction but not modern architecture. It fits in well with the rest of the estate. The bird life at the estate is spectacular. There are large flocks of mourning dove which have more than a hundred birds. There is also a spectacular array of waterfowl. Near about every duck specie found in Florida can be found in the cove. The whistling ducks are playful and entertaining when they whistle. The mottle ducks look cute and cuddly and the coots are fun to watch. During the 1930's there were four or five large plantation estates north of Winter Haven owned by local citrus barons. I believe this is the sole survivor. It is well worth a visit.

Wedding Weekend

We rented all 4 cottages for the wedding weekend and would have rented more if they were available. It was so special having family friends together and so convenient to be right on property. The cottages are beautiful and very nicely appointed. Erick & Debbie were very easy to work with.

Wedding weekend at Adams estate

We rented all 4 houses on the property for bridal family and bridesmaids and groomsmen. It was perfect being able to stay on site for the whole weekend. We even held the rehearsal dinner in 1 of the houses. Turned out beautifully!! The houses are beautiful and have plenty of space!
