Family Vacation

Spent about a week with the family in this location. It was a great location for our activities and we loved having all the room in the two homes.

Hawaiian Family Vacation

The property is perfect for a large group. We had 16 in our group and did not need to use one of the 10 bedrooms. The large lanai for the big house was where a majority of the group meals were eaten and enjoyed. Access to the beach was fantastic! Many of us enjoyed morning sunrises from the lanai and from the beach. The Big and Little houses, which are located next to each other made it easy to pop back and forth between as needed. Our family came together from four different states on the mainland for the once in a lifetime gathering. There couldn't have been a better location nor site for us to enjoy the in-between activity time together.

The Beach

Great access to the beach. Many upgrades and maintenance is needed. Lots of cockroaches in bedrooms. The internet connection was lost for two days because of a faulty modem. No tv or movies. We were advised that the game room was not available, although the listing we had showed it included in the price. We should get a reimbursement for this inconvenience . Lots of laughs in the open sire patio. Loved the patio.

Fabulous vacation

It was beautiful, so roomy and so much room outside to play, beautiful beach—it truly couldn’t have been better. We loved it!!

Great access to beach and windward sites

We had unseasonable rain most of the time that clouds our assessment. We had to drive an hour to the Leeward side most of the time to get out of the rain. I don’t think this will be the case for others though. When the sun finally came out, it was awesome and the beach relaxing. The caretaker even offered to stock our refrigerator before we arrived, which was wonderful. However, with no air conditioners and all the rain, we were damp and sticky on most days. The roof leaked in four places from the excessive rain. Nevertheless, the family did have a memorable time that we will never forget.
