This seventh-floor, oceanfront studio is the spot to land for the perfect couple's Maui getaway. Wake up to the sights, sounds, and smells of the ocean air as you sip your morning coffee or enjoy the legendary Maui evening sunsets together on your furnished balcony. After a great day at the beach, come home and cool off in the air conditioning, curl up on the couch and watch some TV, play some tunes on the sound dock, or prepare something delicious in your well-equipped, full kitchen. Guests will also enjoy access to a shared, on-site pool and hot tub.

You can't come to Maui without going to the beach! Honokowai Beach Park is less than a mile away, while the world-famous Kapalua Bay Beach is less than five miles from this property. At the same spot, you can play 18 holes of PGA-level golf at the Plantation course or take it a little easier and head three miles south for the Ka'anapali Courses. While in Ka'anapali, shop, dine, or pick up a boat charter near Whaler's Village? And don't miss the sunset ceremony at Fleetwood's on Lahaina's famous Front Street, just a few miles south.

Location is incredible, right on the ocean. Whale watching from the lanai was amazing. Great beach access. Nice quiet, private pool area. Will definitely stay here again.

Its a little bit sticky, but we understand being on the water creates this. Bathroom got a sewage smell at night for some reason. Overall it was a good place to stay knowing we were not going to be in the room that much but rather out exploring. I loved sitting on the lanai each morning looking at the ocean.

The view is great, quiet location, easy access to the beach and the bed was pretty comfortable. The AC worked well, the bathroom and kitchen were overall ok for our purposes. The freezer worked great, but the refrigerator barely worked while we were there, I didn't trust it to keep food, so that nixed any food cost savings. We called the vacasa number and she said she would contact the handy man but we never heard back again from her. Even a reply saying he was too busy would have been better than no reply.Overall, I would stay again if the fridge worked, I might bring a floor cleaner though, they were swept but definitely not mopped. A few small additions that would be nice would be a foot mat at the entrance, a luggage rack and a small trash can in the bathroom.

First Maui vacation

Nice and quiet condo facility that is well kept. Our unit seamed to have an updated the bathroom and kitchen which was nice. The bed was very comfortable. I did have to wash some of the pots before using them.

100% Amazing

From the lead up emIls and texts providing check-in infomation through the entire stay, qe can only say 100% positive things.The room was clean and comfortable. The sliding doors on the lanai puts the ocean right next to you.We sat and watched the humpback whales all morning. Dining is close by with a wide range of choices from food trucks to resort fone dining.We will be going back to this location.

Sleeping to the sound of the ocean

Our stay in the Oceanfront studio was amazing. You just can’t get much closer to the ocean. We loved sleeping next to the ocean and waking up to stunning sunrises. The size was perfect for 2 people! I took off a star because the air conditioner was not working at the time we stayed there. It wasn’t a huge deal for us as the weather was mild, but it would have been uncomfortable if it had been warmer. The screen doors and closet doors don’t slide properly (or at all) Also a mat by the front door for shoes would be nice to prevent tracking sand around especially since the bathroom is directly next to it.

Great location and view

This condo was perfect for our trip to Maui. It was a great, quiet location with plenty of parking, and within walking distance to a grocery store, and many food trucks. The condo had everything we needed, including a cooler that we made use of for our drive to Hana. Everything was very clean and week stocked. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

Wonderfully located and awesome view of whales! The view was worth every penny. We kept the door open and listened to the waves every night. Efficiency condo had everything we needed (except binoculars!) Comfy bed, nice kitchen and we loved that it was 1 mile north from all the tourist chaos at the Whalers Village area. We'd definitely stay again!

Property is nice, we have stayed in this building in the past. Problems with entry into unit upon checkin were extensive. Keyless entry would not work after initial entry so we could not leave because we could not get back in the unit. Three calls with no response from Vacasa service the first day and a follow-up call the next day yielded no help. Finally went to talk to building manager and he fixed the problem- dead battery in key reader. So much for 24-7 service! Called Vacasa back late the second day of our stay to say the property manager fixed. They assured me that someone would follow up with me. I knew they wouldn't and after seven days no call back. Basically had to stay in the unit the first day and the morning of our second day due to no access once we left.

Perfect getaway for 2

The unit is beautiful and feels very fresh and modern. Great upgrades and everything we needed for our stay! Beach chairs, towels & cooler were so awesome! We walked to the beach here twice and enjoyed being just steps to the sand. Very central location. 10 minutes to shops at Lahaina and 10 minutes to snorkeling at Nipilli beach. Building itself was a little older but well maintained and the management team onsite were friendly and helpful. Very quiet too! Definitely recommend this place!!

Awesome view, but…

This is an awesome view studio condo which was very clean and the bed comfortable. We saw whales and turtles from the balcony and there is a very nice pool and spa. Why the low rating? Called Vacasa upon check in to say the left sliding door was stuck, only one room key, no welcome sheet/binder, no tv/cable instructions, a small black line through the middle of the tv screen and no coasters to set drinks on. I called 4 times during the week and emailed several times asking someone fix at least the door and room key issue. I was told someone from the Maui office would take care of it. Nobody showed for the whole week. I spoke again with Vacasa’s main office and was told the ball was dropped. Vacasa is hopefully going to provide some compensation. I hope these issues are addressed as this should be a great unit with great views. Joe

No complaints! LOVE this unit!

All high end appliances, utensils and all baking/cooking supplies you'd ever need. Laundry and dishwasher soap included. Beautiful, comfortable furniture. PERFECT location. Amazing view. Cornhole boards, ping pong, outdoor kitchen and hot tub were amazing and very private. Will be back for our anniversary..to this same unit! Thank you!

A wonderful place to stay

We loved staying here. The view, the location, and the room were wonderful. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing that would have made it even better, is if we had known in advance that linens would not be provided for the sofa bed. It wasn't clear in the description that I would need to bring those.

Amazing

Everything about this condo is AMAZING! The view is just unreal, we were able to see whales and turtles right from our balcony. You can hear the waves crashing all night and day. Perfect view for sunsets! The place itself is beautiful very cute! We didn’t want to leave. I loved the huge mirrors and everything else about this condo. It was very clean and cozy. The kitchen has everything you would need even containers invade you want to pack some fruit or food. Coffee was provided along with creamer and sugar. Everything was just perfect I even loved that the night table had a usb plug in. You will not regret staying here.
