Ocean Front ground floor cozy condo with brand new bedroom remodel!


This cozy little Condo is perfectly situated just 60 feet from the edge of the ocean with panoramic views of both Lanai and Molokai! You can watch whales and sea turtles while sipping your morning coffee right from the table on the lanai, or you can explore the area, with Whaler's Village in Kaanapali, the Kapalua Coastal trail, and some of the most beautiful beach in the world just 5-15 minutes away!!

In April 2019 we finished some great improvements including a brand new king mattress in the bedroom, total kitchen remodel with all new appliances, new queen size sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress, beautiful vinyl flooring, and we think the results are amazing! In November 2024 we gave the bedroom a much needed transformation, and we hope you enjoy the new look as well as a brand-new wifi t.v. for watching movies from the comfort of your bed!

If you are looking to stay close to home, you can choose from the pool, lawn chairs along the sea wall, or our own little quiet sandy beach area to the north of the building complex to relax around, or you can use the Condo as your launch pad for all the amazing places to explore on the island! In our opinion, there is no where better to be then our front yard for taking in the breath taking beautiful of Maui sunsets!

The Kitchen is fully equipped, and the community BBQ is also available for your use just to the right of our unit!!

We have beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, and snorkels available for your use!!

PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR CONDO DOES NOT HAVE AC. However it does have a wonderful breezeway, ceiling fans, and floor fans.

This Condo has been in our family for more than 23 years, so whether this is a family vacation, or romantic getaway, we hope you will be our guest, and enjoy a wonderful time on the beautiful island of Maui!!

I fell in love with this place the second I laid eyes on it! Very clean and the decor is so cute and welcoming. The view is amazing! I have been to Maui many times and have stayed in a variety of locations, but moving forward, this is definitely my place of choice!

Great location, the condo is well stocked and the bed is very comfortable. We love being on the first floor, we saw many whales from our patio. Owners quickly responded to messages. Kahana Reef is a small, quiet condo property, which we like. The laundry facilities are convenient and clean so we didn’t mind not having them in our unit.

Fabulous condo, great location! We love the ground floor! Step out onto the Lania to watch the wales, have morning coffee at the table in the very comfortable chairs and then in the evening step out 30-50 feet and snap a picture of a beautiful sunset!
The pool is a 1 minute walk!

Location was great, the beach access was nice. About 50mins away from Kīhei and Paia. House was stocked with everything minus a cooler. That would have been nice for beach days. Hosts communicated well. Would recommend and stay again.

Kahana Stay

The unit had an amazing oceanfront view. We enjoyed the patio and lawn for daily sunsets. We loved the quick and easy access to the grounds being on the ground floor. We saw so many turtles everyday. The beach out front isn't very swimmable, but a further walk along the path leads to a pretty secluded beach. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. No AC, but we kept the windows and doors open, and the trade winds kept it fairly cool. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and even snorkels (we did not use) provided. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location. I booked several condos on the west side for my grown children as we were attending my daughter's wedding. My son 2 sons and their wives stayed here. They really enjoyed the pool and it was right on the ocean!

Comfortable unit with amazing views!

This unit was comfortable for my husband and I. We loved sitting on a lounger under the palm trees and listening to the waves. We snorkeled right in front of our unit and swam with turtles, it was magical! We found enough places nearby to eat and driving to lahaina was not that far of a drive!

Throw a line out, you're that close to the water!

Condo is nice with breathtaking views! It's nearly impossible to be any closer to the water!Enjoyed watching the turtles and the shark's fishing near the shore!Helpful hands for future travelers, the coffee maker is a Kurig, so be prepare your shopping accordingly. Consider your expectations as disclosed no AC, so it can be hot and humid. Absolutely, we would consider staying here again!

Lovely Location

There are a good number of positives about this property. The location can't be beat, the views are amazing, and the condo's quaintness made for a great experience. The towels were fresh and new, and the bedding was very clean overall. The kitchen is well stocked, and the fridge has an icemaker, which helps keep those beverages cold. We saw numerous sea turtles, rainbows, and beautiful sunsets. The downside of this property is that the bathroom and the condo itself need a deep clean. The bathroom is older, which a person can deal with. However, it was not clean.

Lovely first floor unit with unbeatable views. Very comfortable master bed along with plenty of kitchen necessities. By far the warmest pool we have ever experience. That was a great surprise. Easy parking and excellent proximity to food options galore. Thank you!

This is the place!

My wife and I spent a week at this beautiful condo. The condo decor and accommodation are fabulous! As far as the location (especially on the ground floor), it was the BEST experience ever! You're able to open the sliding door and enjoy the ocean view, sounds, and breeze. There is no AC, and it was not needed with the cross breeze moving through the condo. The location is exactly what we needed. Not too close to the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas but still close enough to drive to. One huge plus, we were able to see Whales, dolphins, and tortoises, from the back deck. The owners graciously have binoculars to use along with snorkel gear. This condo rental will be our number-one choice for future Maui vacations. Needless to say, super happy with our condo choice!
