These neighboring residences enjoy one of the most convenient ground-floor locations at Honua Kai. Konea 143 and 145 are both 2BR residences located directly adjacent to Konea 149, a 3BR residence in the interior courtyard. An additional 1BR residence, Konea 148, is located directly across the hall from Konea 149, bringing the total bedrooms to eight and the total interior living area to over 5300 sq ft.

The oversized lanais and combined lawn areas offer abundant additional outdoor space and are conveniently located mere steps from the pools, beach, and BBQs. This offering provides the feeling of a private Maui residence, nestled in a meticulously maintained resort atmosphere.

Each residence has exceptional quality throughout, including exquisite granite countertops and lovely wood cabinetry, giving these residences a modern feel filled with warmth and aloha. All the creature comforts and conveniences you expect await you in your home away from home.

All five primary bedrooms feature sumptuous king-size beds, and the three guest bedrooms each feature a king-size bed as well. For added flexibility, the king-size beds in each suite's guest bedroom can be split into two XL twin-size beds at no charge. For additional sleeping capacity, each residence has a queen-size convertible sofa sleeper in the living room, bringing the total combined sleeping capacity to 24.

Each of the five primary baths features double granite vanities, soaking tubs, and frameless glass walk-in showers to prepare for the day's adventures or relax in the evening with a good book. The three guest baths feature a frameless glass walk-in shower and a granite vanity.
