The balcony was just as listed, nice view and good place to have our meals. Erin, our host was excellent and very fast at helping us work out a couple of items that needed to be fixed. So convenient to the beautiful beach, makes this condo very inviting. When we’re back in Maui, we would stay here again.

Great location but dated property

The location of this condo is ideal — just steps from the beach. But the property shows its age. There is no air conditioning, and the front door needs to be sanded down so that it opens and closed properly for safety reasons.

Excellent Napili Bay condo!

We loved this condo. The ad was exactly what we expected. The condo unit is clean and the view is lovely. We knew there was no AC but honestly never were hot wnough to wish we had AC. Theres a nice breeze and plenty of fans. Our neighbors were friendly, the grounds are kept very tidy. I will definitely stay here again.

Great condo!

This property is great. It is very clean and efficient with a nice view of part of the bay and beyond. It was whale watching season so it was fun to watch the whales go by from the balcony. The condo is well equipped with cooking/eating necessities. If you plan to cook, I would advise that you bring your own spices, etc. It is a very comfortable and quiet place for two. We didn’t want to leave!

As close to the beach as you can get

Literally steps from the beach. This made beach access very convenient. Great sunset views from the balcony. Location is prime. No a/c unit but we managed with the fans that were provided.

Lovely Napili

The condo was clean and well equipped. Would have been better if it were stocked with coffee and tea. The location was perfect for us to enjoy Napili Bay, Kapalua, Lahaina, Kaanapali, and the area. The furniture was different than the listing photos, and I was missing a real dining table and chairs inside, since we did cook and eat here, but sitting outside on the porch was lovely. Such a beautiful view! While I enjoy being warm, there is no A/C, and it got quite hot inside, even with all the fans going. The check in/out experience was super easy. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Great place and location

We loved our stay. The place was very clean and the bed comfortable. Great view from the lanai. We liked the sound of the waves and were ok with the bird noise at dusk and dawn. If you are sensitive to sound, bring earplugs. Wish we had stayed longer. It felt like a little cottage by the sea. Great location to walk to beaches and a couple restaurants , if you like to walk. The coastal trail and great snorkeling is walking distance.
