While the location and the rooms were very nice, when you arrive at your hotel room at 10 PM and it already took you over an hour to deal with the confirmation and photos of your ID but you are using your friends cell phone and laptop which created further problems and then you call the Main office of the actual hotel only to discover that there was no one in the office to help you, It is very upsetting. Then you arrive there only to find out that your code to your room doesn't work and two gals help you out trying to get you into your room.
My expectation when spending over a thousand dollars for two nights is that one should not have ANY difficulties with getting into my hotel room and if someone did have problems with access to their room at 10:30 at night, then there should have been a staff member available to assist with the issue and not a single mother and her daughter who stayed up with me until 2 AM...2AM when they were finally told where to go to get a key for my room.
I am so thankful for them!
Also, the key which was given to me just so happened to be a key that opened other doors in the hotel. That doesn't seem right to me.
